The Adventures of Sky Endo (Cooking Edition!)

So yeah, this is probably non canon but who cares. I enjoy writing bittersweet stuff. It's one of these set in the universe of Will The Love Go On? Since this kinda relates to the rp, I'm tagging everyone in it. If you don't feel like reading it, of course you don't have to.

1 day before Kou's 'death'.

Sky put the flour, sugar, and eggs next to Kou,"Alright, there's those. What's next?" She asked.

Sky spend the rest of the time cooking grabbing materials, doing some stirring. But she never really figured out how to really make the cookies. She was just doing some of it. Oh well, on another day she could figure it all out. Still, she had fun. Making them with Kou. She could imagine them doing this together quite a bit. It was a nice thought. It made Sky smile. She was, at least on some level, in love.

1 day after Kou's 'death'

Sky stood in the kitchen alone. Aiko had been there a bit before, but Sky told her to leave. She looked through the cabinets. She found everything she remembered Kou using two days before. She desperately tried to bake herself a single cookie, with little bits of all the materials. Cook it for a bit shorter, wait for it to cool a bit. She did everything she remembered Kou and her doing together. "There. It's finished. I wonder, are you proud of me up wherever you are?" Sky took the cookie and looked at it. It didn't look much like the Nutella cookies they'd baked the day before. It was misshapen, and it looked burnt. Still, it was something. It was the best she could do. She walked to her room, opened one of Kou's cabinets, and put the cookie there. It was the only gift she could give.

2 days after 'Kou' appeared.

"Hey, you think you could help me cook something?" Sky asked,"I asked you around when we..." she paused for a moment,"First met but we never did get around to it."
"Oh, sure." Kou said,"I'm glad to help with something like that!"
Sky smiled,"You said you were good with Nutella cookies, so how about we try to make those. I don't know how to cook anything to be honest."
"Alright!" Kou said,"Follow me to the kitchen."

The two of them walked into the kitchen, and Sky said,"So first we need flour, sugar, and eggs, I think?"
"Yep, that's it. But I thought you said you didn't know how to cook." Kou sounded a bit confused.
"Oh, I've cooked these once before." Sky said,"It even was in this kitchen."
"H-huh?" Kou was a bit confused, and one of her eyes flashed blue for a moment,"That's an odd coincidence."
"I guess so. Anyways, let's do this!" Sky said, although she had carefully watched Kou's reaction.

The two of them successfully cooked a well made batch of Nutella cookies and brought them around to some of the others. They tried to give one to Rin in her room but she wouldn't take it. Quite a few of the others took one too. Sky had one of them, it was certainly far better than the one she cooked a few days ago.

Later that night, in Sky and Kou's room.

The two of them were laying in their beds parallel to one another, talking a bit before they went to sleep.
"Hey Kou, are you sure you've only been here for two days?" Sky asked.
"Yeah, what kind of question is that?" Kou responded with.
"Oh, nothing. It just feels like we've done this a few times before. It's probably just me." Sky said, she rolled over in her bed a bit.
"P-probably." Kou said.
"Hey, do you mind if I sing a bit?" Sky asked, a bit out of nowhere.
"Huh? Not really." Kou said, a bit confused.
Sky started to sing quietly,"Fly me to the moon, and let me play among the stars. Let me see what spring is like on Jupiter or Mars. In other words, hold my hand. In other words, baby kiss me."
Kou felt a bit confused but she didn't know why. She felt like she'd heard the tune sung this way before.
"Fill my heart with song, and let me sing forevermore. You are all I long for, all I worship, and adore. In other words, please be true. In other words, I love you." Sky finished. She turned back over towards Kou.
"Are you a cover artist or something?" Kou asked,"I feel like I've heard you sing that before." She said.
"Huh, no I don't do anything like that. I do think you've heard it before though." Sky said.
"My head hurts a bit. I'm going to get some rest." Kou said.
"All right Kou, good night." Sky said, and the two of them fell asleep soon afterwards. It wasn't the same as when the two first met each other, before Kou's eyes were mostly red. But slowly, the relationship they had had was beginning to reform.
