Ryan had been keeping himself hidden for a while. Following someone who obviously didn't want to be followed, especially since you had practically been on a stakeout for the past day, meaning you also very tired, was not something Ryan had done before. Still, he'd hadn't found Kyoko's friends and made them help him for nothing. This time he actually couldn't fail. He would never forgive himself if he did. So when he finally saw Kyoko start to sneak her way into the bus stop, in woke him up practically immediately. He had been hiding in a dark corner, wearing all black including a hood. And, Kyoko's red hair stood up even now. So long as she went in first, he should be able to follow safely. He clenched his evoker in his hand, and with a shock, realized he'd never used it before. But, it had to work. He had to save her. His hands shook, but he calmed them down. And he follows her into the other realm.
He stops himself from speaking aloud in his shock. He'd heard they'd look weird, but this was a bit much. Destructive music from some destroyed violin. There were hearts cracked and destroyed in different ways. Just what was this place. Some kind of hell. He looked forward, and saw the fight. That, was what was left of Momo. That was a witch. And that was Kyoko. If those two got eachother killed! No! He raised his evoker to his head. His hands shook. What. Why am I scared now?! I'm finally saving her! Finally, after so long! Don't be scared!
And then she stabbed her. The witch, and her. Straight through the chest. Both of them. No, I wouldn't let it in end like this,"GRAAAAAAAGH!!!" Ryan screamed, and shot the evoker, as he ran towards Kyoko. Something appeared before him. Some kind of black cloaked monster with a sword. It cut up the leftovers of Momo, I mean Momo's witch, and allowed Rex to pick up Kyoko.
"Heal her! Heal her now!" He cried out, shooting himself with the evoker over and over again. He was growing tired. He could hardly see anymore. But her wound was at least closing up slightly. Maybe she could survive. Slowly, he used the last of his strength to carry Kyoko out. He pulled out his phone, texting Madoka. She was Kyoko's friend, right. He could hardly think.
'I've rescued her. She's...outside the bus stop. Please...take her to the hospital.' He clicked send, before the effects of shooting his own soul out of his body caught up to him. He fell over, onto the ground.
--------
Ryan woke up in the hospital. To the sight of a confused nurse because apparently he had no signs on any injuries. Shooting your own soul out probably isn't a normal injury. Still, his head hurt a bit. Regardless, he needed to get out of here. Kyoko would likely be in here for a while longer. And he needed to be there for her, not stuck in his own hospital bed.
So after a bit he was released. Only a few warnings about not doing whatever thing you did that wound you up in the hospital. He wondered about Kyoko. Apparently, she was still in the hospital. Still, he was sure she would do something reckless. She wasn't planning on living. That much was obvious. And Ryan knew. There was a chance that hadn't changed. He was always too scared to go through with it. But he knew what it was like to want to die.
Kyoko had killed her own sister even if she had become a witch. That, would leave scars. He was sure of that.
--------
So Ryan wasn't surprised when got that last text message from her. 'Don't save me this time.' What a joke. What a f-ing joke. He called up all her friends. Asked them to help look for her. He would not let her die. Not now.
Not ever.
He didn't even listen to the recording. He wouldn't waste time. He would never forgive himself if he did.
--------
It took a while. It really did. But Ryan found her. Standing at the same bus stop. The same one it all went down.
"Hey Kyoko. Stop being selfish." Ryan said,"I get that this world is a terrible place. And as a magical girl, you're sure to die sooner or later. And I know, that you've last practically everyone close to you. I understand that. But still. I, I could never recover again. If I lost you. If I lost you. I don't know what I would do. I, don't know if I could go on. Maybe I'm the one being selfish. In asking this of you. But survive, please! Survive for me! If you just get yourself killed somehow. I, I would break again. I've spent more than enough time moping in one room for one life! Please, don't go! And, if you try. I'll keep saving you. I'll save you now and I'll save you forever! So please. Stay with me! I'll never let you run away from life. I'm sure it's selfish. But I can never let that happen." Ryan looked down. He didn't know what she would say. How she would act. He just hoped she would understand. How much he needed her. How much he loved her.

LyriDaBluePancakeThere, it's done. Now I need to go eat breakfast finally.
