Chapter 12: Willing to be evil

Matthew's Pov

When Yasmin had decided to say that, I was confused. And I think everyone here was confused. "So, why are you willing to work for us?" Yuri asked. "Reasons." Yasmin said. "I want you to prove that you are willing to work with us." Yuri said. "And what can I do to prove myself." Yasmin said. "Well, we were gonna attack their base now. But I want you to attack them. All of them." Yuri said. "Fine." Yasmin said. "Let's do this." I said. We left the base and went to the goodie's base.

We got there and Yasmin had attacked their base first. "Hello everyone. I'm sure you remember me. Oh, how can you forget." Yasmin said and everyone on the goodies team had left their base. "What are you doing Yasmin?" Samantha asked. "Oh, I finally got sick and tired of always helping you guys and having to control my powers so I decided to take a more easier route." Yasmin said. "He didn't mean it." Amanda said. "And I'm supposed to believe you." Yasmin said and with one attack, all the goodies were on the floor. "Stop this." Joshua said. "And I wonder, who's gonna stop me." Yasmin said.

"We will." Alexia said, getting up. "And we're gonna get some sense into you while we're at it." Guren said. "And how are you gonna do that?" Yasmin asked. "Actually, she's got a point, how are we going to do it. She practically can wipe us all out in a few attacks." Toxsa said. "Don't think about the negatives, think about the positives." Samantha said. "I think this might change your mind." Yasmin said and we all walked out in front of them. "Well, we're screwed." Ceylan said. "Don't say that, we still have a chance." Madeline said.

Then each one of us sent our own attacks. "I take that back. We all are screwed." Madeline said. "This is your fault bro. You're the one that caused this." Samantha said. "I don't think we should be arguing right now." Chooki said. "Yeah, I agree." Luke said. My team attacked them while Yasmin had left to fight with Chooki. "She's a good addition to the team." I said. "Yes she is." Charlotte said. We split up and fought them in our smaller teams. I was with Elizabeth, Jake and Becka and we were fighting Benedict, Jacqueline, Elbert and Madeline.

"So, how did you guys convince Yasmin to be evil?" Madeline asked. "I dunno, how did you convince her to willingly become evil?" I asked. "She willingly became evil. I don't believe you." Jacqueline asked. "Oh, you don't. You could just ask her, if she doesn't pummel you into oblivian." Becka said. "Which would make our jobs easier." Jake said. "Yeah, maybe we should just let them go and ask her." Elizabeth said. "You guys are just plain evil." Benedict said. "No, we just decided it was better." I said. "How could being evil be better?" Elbert asked. "I dunno, how is being good be better." I said.

Charlotte's Pov

Since I had no one to fight, I decided to follow Yasmin and Chooki. They went through the forest, fighting each other. Yasmin looked mad and Chooki looked as if he knew that he might die. "So am I weak now. Am I running away now. Tell me." Yasmin said. "No, but you joined the evil side and I think that's the worst you can do." Chooki said. "Like you would know." Yasmin said and she hit him again and again. 

"You're not evil, you're good. You have a good heart." Chooki said. "Oh, you should have thought of that long ago." Yasmin said and used her power of wind to send Chooki flying back and he crashed into a tree. "I'm sorry about what I said." Chooki said. "Again, should have thought about that a long time ago. You can't change my mind now." Yasmin said and attacked him again and he fell to the ground. "I won't give up." Chooki said, standing up again. "You don't have to. Just makes it easier for me to keep attacking." Yasmin said and attacked him again. Ah, now this was a show.

Everytime Chooki would get back to his feet, Yasmin would bring him down. "When are you gonna learn. Sometimes you just gotta give up." Yasmin said. "But this time, there is no way that I can give up. I have to get you to change your mind somehow." Chooki said. "Well, I'll make sure you give up, the easy or hard way and I recommend the hard way, it will help me more." Yasmin said. "Like I said, I am not giving up and there is no way that I can give up." Chooki said. "Your loss." Yasmin said.

She got down from the air and stood in front of him. "Aw, the guy is scared of a wittle girl." Yasmin said in a fake sweet voice. "I know you're lying." Chooki said. "And yet, you can't help but wonder if I am or not." Yasmin said. "How do you know that?" Chooki asked. "Did you forget already. We're connected, bonded, pulled together. Or did you already forget about this." Yasmin said, showing a bracelet of white and yellow. "You still have it." Chooki said. "Yes, I kept it. This bonded us together. But why have a bond when there is no team." Yasmin said.

"What are you..." Chooki started but Yasmin interrupted him. "Oh, I know exactly what I'm doing. The question is, can you stop me." Yasmin said and removed the bracelet. With one pull, she had broken it and threw it away, with the broken pieces all over the ground. "Why would you do that?" Chooki asked. "Well, it's not like it mattered anyways." Yasmin said and went closer to him. "Not like we matter anymore." Yasmin said and hit her dagger into the side of his stomach. "Well, I'll be leaving. See you never." Yasmin said and left Chooki. I also left.

Samantha's Pov

Yasmin had come back from the woods and told Yuri something. Once she did, Yuri nodded at his team and they all left. "Well, that's over with." Victor said. "Samantha, what about Chooki?" Kiro asked me. "Oh gosh. He was fighting Yasmin. He might be dead." I said and ran in the direction that Yasmin and Chooki had fought in. I ran and ran until I had located his body. Well, his body that is still breathing. "What happened?" I asked as I went to his side. "She's actually gone evil." Chooki said.

I got him to sit up. "We gotta get you back to the base." I said. "I can't move much." Chooki said and I looked to his side to see a big slash that was bleeding. "No, you're not gonna die." I said. "I know that idiot." Chooki said. "Hey, I got this." Amanda said and kneeled down to bandage Chooki's wound. Once she did, I went to talk to him again. "What happened?" I asked again. "Yasmin had willingly gone evil because she wouldn't have known about her bracelet otherwise." Chooki said. "What's so special about that bracelet?" Maddison asked.

"That bracelet helped her control her powers and it also kept us two bonded. She had broken it right in front of me and it's something that we can't fix." Chooki said. "So, what are we gonna do to get her back?" Amanda asked. "She should see what she's doing soon." Joshua said. "I don't think so this time. She attacked without any reluctance. She knocked us all down and kept knocking me down. She didn't care. I think what I said had gotten to her worse than I thought." Chooki said. "You did say stuff that she would take seriously." Termin said.

"And I regret each and every one of the words I said." Chooki said. "Hey bro, we'll figure this out somehow." I said. "Yeah Chooki. We'll all help." Kiro said, hugging Chooki. "See, even our little cousin is willing to help." I said. "I'm not that young." Kiro said. "Yeah, you're not. Hey Lexi, can you take Kiro inside?" I asked. "Yeah sure. And we all should go inside." Alexia said and took Kiro's hand. Everyone else walked inside while I stayed outside with Chooki. "I wish I could have done something." Chooki said.

"Don't worry about it." I said. "Yeah." Chooki said getting up. He walked around and picked two things up. "Whatcha got there?" I asked. "This is the remains of the bracelet that bonded Yasmin and I together and this is the necklace I had given to her as her birthday present." Chooki said, showing me what was in his hands. The necklace was an owl and dragon holding the other's claw or wing. The bracelet remains was just a white and yellow lighting bolt. "Hey, we'll get her back, okay." I said. "I hope she doesn't fully go evil." Chooki said. "Let's go inside." I said and we walked inside.
