Chapter 31: Psychotic

Keith's Pov

Everyone in my team and the goodies looked at Yuri, or was it Yuri. "Wait, so who is this?" Ben asked. "That is Psychotic. A different, thing." Yasmin said.

"So, that thing is going to kill us." Naomi said. "Yes, unless we kill it first." Dark said. "What about Yuri? Is that the real him?" Charlotte asked.

"Nope, I'm right here." Someone said and Yuri appeared. "He's been trapped somewhere." Yasmin said. "For how long?" Andrew asked.

"Ever since evil her took us away, I was swapped with this guy and you're all too idiotic to realise." Yuri said. "So, a few days." I said.

"And it's this guy's fault that these people are even in this universe." Yuri said. "Still destroying that teleporter." Yasmin said. 

Psychotic laughed a psychotic laughter. "Are you gonna sit there and talk or are you going to fight?" Psychotic asked but threw half of us back. He sounded as if he had more than one soul inside of him.

Some of us flew off of buildings and landed in tress, fell onto the dirt or crashed into a tree. "That's gonna leave more than a mark." I said as I got up.

"This isn't going to be easy." Annabelle said. "Yeah, no duh." Victoria said. "Stop arguing and fight." Kai said. The rest got up and we ran at Psychotic. 

With one hand, Psychotic threw us all back. I landed in a tree and started falling. "This is gonna hurt a bunch." I said as I hit the floor. I think I broke a rib or two.

"Well, at this rate, I should just be dead." I said. I looked around and saw that some people couldn't get up. I saw Josephine get up and try healing everyone up.

"Josephine, stop, it ain't working. There's too much people." Joe said. Joseph and Josephine both tried to heal everyone and it seemed to work. I got up.

I ran at Psychotic and he turned around. He kneed me in the stomach and I fell to the floor. I heard him jump up and kick my back. I got back up.

"Tough fighter aren't you. Too bad you aren't tough enough." Psychotic said and kicked me back. I flew about fifty metres back and landed on to the goodies base. 

"Well that didn't hurt at all." I said as I tried to get up. But I couldn't get up and I was stuck on this thing. Rosalinda came up to me and tried to help me.

"Don't try. I'm kind of stuck here." I said. "Nope." Rosalinda said and used her telekinesis to take me off the roof of the goodies base. I think I was paralyzed or something.

I couldn't move my body. "Hey, you okay?" Rosalinda asked. "I can't move my body." I said. "Well, that's great, you're paralyzed." Rosalinda said.

"Thanks, so now I'm useless." I said. "No you're not, you just can't move at the moment. And this is why you don't rush into battles." Rosalinda said.

"That ain't making the pain any better ya know." I said. "Sorry, but stay here for now." Rosalinda said and took off. I was now useless watching the battle. 

Midnight's Pov
I was with Nightmare as we tried to fight Psychotic. 'How in the heck of the world can't we land a hit on this guy.' I thought. 'I dont know.' Nightmare thought.

Nightmare and I tried sending out shadow monsters but they were stopped. Psychotic looked our way and sent out his own shadow monsters that almost took us apart.

"This guy is gonna be the death of us." Nightmare said. "Nows not the time for jokes." I said. I got up and got out my shadow dragon wings. I flew up and took out a bow and arrow.

I aimed it at Psychotic and shot it at him. It hit him but he seemed to absorb it. I saw that he started to grow bigger. He then turned into a dragon, or something like that.

He had ashy wings on his back, grey scales, eight shadow hands on each side of his body, bout six eyes and teeth sharp enough to kill someone in one bite.

"Welp, we're dead." Blaze said. "No we are not." I said and looked at Nightmare. He nodded. I flew back down and landed. I then started to concentrate my energy.

"What's going on?" Felicia asked. I felt darkness surround me and I felt my self grow a bit. I turned into my dragon form. I was more of a dark dragon while Nightmare was a light one.

I opened my eyes and looked at Psychotic. "Thats Midnight's dragon form." Nightmare said. I used one of my claws to grab Psychotic. It was now a fight between the dragons.

Since I was a smaller dragon, I didnt have as much power as Psychotic had. I looked towards Nightmare and I saw that he started to transform into his dragon form.

My form was black and midnight purple while his one was a nightmare of colours. He had a black, white and red form making him a bit more ferocious.

I had better control over my form so I had better attacks. I used a fire blast to knock Psychotic way while Nightmare froze his feet. But Psychotic didnt stay in there for long.

He broke free and looked at us. "You can't beat me with your pathetic powers." Psychotic said. 'Wonder how much souls he took to even say that.' Nightmare thought.

'Nightmare, do you really want to die right now.' I thought. Nightmare and I couldn't speak while we were in our shadow dragon form. We both flew up and I used water on him.

'Time for a little shocker.' Nightmare thought. If I was in my human form, I would roll my eyes but I wasn't. Nightmare sent out a lightning bolt at Psychotic which led him to be shocked.

I then felt my energy depleat. 'He's stealing my energy.' I thought and I had to let go of my dragon form. I turned back to human and landed with a thud.

"Okay, we might be dead. " I said. I looked and Nightmare and hoped he would be fine on his own cause he didnt have full control of his own dragon form.
