Chapter 13: Surprise attack

Jamie's Pov

After what happened, we all went to sleep. The next day, I woke up and went to the main base area and saw mostly everyone already up. "So, what's going on?" I asked. "Well, nothing, other than the fact that he's crazy." Aleixa said, pointing to Chooki. "I'm not crazy." Chooki said. "You're gonna get yourself killed if you try to attack them." Amanda said. "Yeah but I gotta try." Chooki said. "I agree with them, that's suicidal." Samantha said. "It's the only option I got." Chooki said.

"Well, there's the option of having a plan, training and not doing your idea." Joshua said. "Yeah." Guren said. "Maybe I can knock some sense into her." Chooki said. "Or knock yourself out." Toxsa said. "I'm surprised he actually thought of doing a surprise attack." George said. "Oh. This was all about a surprise attack." I said. "Yeah, might wanna keep up." Elbert said. "Yeah but this is a suicide mission. It's all of them against you and also, Yasmin is out to get you now that she joined the dark side." I said. "You watch a lot of star wars." Cedric said. "There is a bigger problem here." I said.

"So, what other option do I have?" Chooki asked. "Okay, go. But if you get into any trouble, either call us up or get back here straight away." Samantha said. "I know sis." Chooki said, getting up. "This is a suicide mission." I said. "We know." Samantha said. "Hey I got some advice for ya. Avoid her attacks as much as you can because if she hits you once, you know you're screwed." Joshua said. "You saying screwed because you can't swear?" Madeline asked. "Yeah." Joshua said. "Here's another piece of advice. Remind her of who she is not what she controls." Amanda said.

"What does that mean?" Stephen asked. "Yasmin isn't one to listen to reason but if she knows who she really is, someone kind and that just wants to protect her friends and family then there's a chance that she'll turn good. But if she is reminded of what she controls, her powers, her dark side and herself, then she will get even more angry and that ain't a pretty sight." Amanda said. "From what her powers are, I don't even want to know." Roberta said. "Yeah, you probably don't." Joshua said.

"One more piece of advice. Don't try to convince her, try to make her understand what you are saying." Amanda said. "Okay." Chooki said. "Good luck. You will need it." Samantha said. "No duh. As I've said before, this is a suicide mission." I said. "We know!" Everyone yelled at me. "I'm just saying the truth." I said. "Yeah, but it ain't necessary right now." Nikki said. Chooki got up and started to leave. "Bro, try not to die." Samantha said. "I'll do my best." Chooki said and left. "This ain't gonna end well." Nathan said. "Ya think." I said. "Just shut up." Stephen said and taped my mouth up.

Jade's Pov

I was walking around when I found Yuri. "So, how do you think the newbie's doing?" I asked. "I'm honestly suspicious about her." Yuri said. "Well, she's got determination. I saw her train earlier and she had made her own targets and hit every target in more than one way." I said. "I would like to see that." Yuri said. "Well, she is still training." I said. "Show me." Yuri said. I took him outside and showed him that Yasmin was still training. She had changed her outfit a lot and was using her twin blades right now.

"This might impress me." Yuri said. Yasmin had formed moving targets and she let them get close to her. Once they were really close, she had gotten her twin blades and hit the two closest ones to her, them disappearing, then quickly changing her twin blades to three daggers and hit six targets with the two of the daggers. Then she changed her weapons again to a mace and flew up. She hit twelve targets with the mace and changed her weapons to a scythe and went back to standing on the floor.

She hit twenty-one targets with the scythe and then changed it spears and hit thirty targets each with both daggers. "There." Yasmin said and then the targets appeared again and Yuri and I walked back inside. "How long has she been training?" Yuri asked. "Ever since we got back to the base." I said. "I want you to check on her every once in a while to see the progress." Yuri said. "Of course." I said. "Now, go get Charlotte, I need her to do something for me." Yuri said. "Okay." I said and went to go look for Charlotte.

I looked nearly everywhere for Charlotte and I was gonna continue but I heard a bang. I went outside of the base and saw Chooki standing there. Yasmin was facing him and the entire of my gang had joined me outside. "You idiot. You came to try and surprise attack us when you knew you were gonna die." Yasmin said. "I came to fight you." Chooki said. "Okay, fine. But just remember, I will destroy you." Yasmin said and got her twin blades out. "And I know that I will get you back." Chooki said. "You will figure out that your lying." Yasmin said and went and attacked him while he tried to block it but it sent him flying away.

"This isn't even a challenge." Yasmin said and went to attack him again. As she did, she kept attacking him. She didn't even stop and he couldn't block properly. "You're not evil. Your just trying to be to get past all the mistakes." Chooki said. "And what makes you say that?" Yasmin asked as she stopped attacking. "Because you aren't a person to be evil." Chooki said. "You're delusional, you're caught up in the world of when I'm wasn't evil that you can't see that I actually have made my choice." Yasmin said.

Alex's Pov

I watched as Yasmin continued to attack Chooki. "I want popcorn now." Charlotte said. "This is gonna end quickly." Yuri said and went inisde. "His lost." I said. Yasmin had gotten ehr spears and got him flying into a tree. "Now, I would love to kill you right now but, as I know, it's better to make an enemy weak than destroy them once and for all." Yasmin said. Then she grabbed him by the collar. "And I recommend to never come here again." Yasmin said and threw him to the ground. "Now, buh-bye." Yasmin said in her sickly sweet voice while he ran away.

"That was so freaking awesome." I said. "How do you change weapons like that?" Marth asked. "It's part of my powers. Not really much of a way to do it. Or, if you had a few weapons on you, then it should be easy to switch between weapons." Yasmin said. "Could you show me?" Charlotte asked. "Sure." Yasmin said. We all walked inside and everyone seemed fine with Yasmin being on the team and I was fine with it too.

Madeline's Pov

We were all seated down in the base while Samantha was pacing back and forth. "He's gonna be alright." Amanda said. "But, she could have killed him." Samantha said. "Who said I was dead?" Someone by the name of Chooki said as he walked with one hand around his side and his other one at the back of his hand. "Bro, are you okay?" Samantha asked as Chooki sat down. "Yeah, I'm fine." Chooki said. "Amanda, help him please." Samantha said. "That's kind fo my job." Amanda said and I gave her the first aid kit.

Amanda patched Chooki up and he was looking better. "What happened to cause all of these scars?" Amanda asked. "Yasmin, a fight, throwing me literally everywhere." Chooki said. "Wow, she must have actually turned evil." Joshua said. "I think I have a plan on how to know what's happening with her." Amanda said. "How?" Chooki asked. "We meed to catch her energy for a while." Amanda said, looking at Felix. "I understand." Felix said. "Wait, what is he gonna do?" Midnight asked. "As you have your powers, I have mine. And mine is to be able to take energy or change energy." Felix said.
