Chapter 7: No memory

Phoenix's Pov

Once the fight was over, we went inside. Mariam was inside with Jackson but Jackson looked worried. "Hey guys, it seems like she has lost her memory." Jackson said. "Here, let me see." Amanda said and went up to Mariam. "Okay, Mariam, what's the last thing you remember?" Amanda asked. "That Midnight is my sister. I don't know any of you. What is going on?" Mariam asked. "Yep, she's definetly lost her memory. It seems based on what she remembers, this type of amnesia may take quite some time for it to recover. So for that to happen, don't pressure it cause if you do, it will take longer." Amanda said.

"But, how are we supposed to help?" Jackson asked. "Well, she'll need some rest so she can remember them through dreams and someone can try to help her remember but just try not to pressure it because it won't help." Amanda said. "But, who are you guys?" Mariam asked. "Um, I'll explain who they are." Jackson said. We left the room and went to our rooms. "How are we gonna help her?" Midnight asked. "Just let her memories slowly come to her." Amanda said.

We all talked for a while until Jackson came in. "Mariam fell asleep just now but Amanda, do you know how long it would take for her to recover her memories?" Jackson said. "I don't know but it should be a week or two." Amanda said. "Oh." Jackson said. "Hey, don't worry about it man. It's not gonna be bad really. Yasmin had amnesia for a week and it wasn't that bad." Chooki said. "And it was kind of funny." Yasmin said. "So, don't worry, it's not gonna be that bad." Joshua said. "We'd better go to sleep." Samantha said. "Yeah, night." Chooki said and all us guys left.

We got into our sleeping bags and fell asleep. I woke up the next morning and left the room. I went into the kitchen and saw Katie looking faint. I ran to my room and tapped Mike's shoulder. "Mike, your sister ain't looking so good." I said. "Where is she?" Mike asked. "The kitchen." I said. He ran to the kitchen and I followed him. Katie was laying on the floor. "There's been something wrong with her ever since she got attacked. Ash should know more. Go get Ash and Amanda." Mike said. I went to both rooms and got both of them.

"What happened?" Ash asked. "Mike wants to know what actually happened to Katie." I said. Amanda and Ash both got to Katie and Mike. Amanda helped Mike get Katie onto a couch. "Ash, tell me what happened." Mike said. Ash told Mike everything that happened. "What happened to Katie?" Mike asked Amanda. "She's getting weaker for some reason. It seems as if her evil side has grown more powerful. She looses energy with half the stuff she does becaouse of this." Amanda said. "This isn't good." Mike said. "Yeah." Ash said.

Eliza's Pov

I woke up to running so I got up to see what was going on. I went into the main room and saw that Katie was blacked out and Ash, Mike and Phoenix were surrounding Amanda. "What happened?" I asked. "There's something wrong with Katie, something to do with her evil side." Amanda said. "Let me see." I said. I had learned this new power in darkness so I could probably figure this part out. "How can you help right now?" Ash asked. "Shut up." I said and shut his mouth with my dark powers.

I went up to Katie and grabbed her arm. I could feel the problem and feel Katie struggling. I could also feel Katie grow weak. I knew exactly what this evil power was and even I was afraid of it. "No, it can't be." I said as I let go of her hand. "What's wrong with her?" Mike asked. "This power that she's got inside of her now. It isn't a good one. I said. "Hey, what's going on?" Felix asked as he, Gen and Tora all came out here. "Ash, explain to them." Amanda said. "I wonder how much people will disturb us?" Mike asked.

After the explanation from Ash, I started to think of a different solution to get rid of that evil entety. I knew one way to get rid of it but I didn't want to use it because the one I was thinking of wasn't ever a good one. "Do you got an idea on how to get this evil thing out of her?" Mike asked. "Um, give me a second. I'm gonna see something." I said and walked outside. I kept thinking of different plans on how to get this evil out of her but all of them ended the same way.

"Hey, you okay?" Felix asked as he came outside. "No. I know a way to get the evil out of her, but I'm afraid of it." I said. "But you're never afraid of anything." Felix said. "Yeah, I know but this is something that no one but me knows about." I said. "And it scares you." Felix said. "Yeah." I said. "It doesn't matter sis. I know that whatever you choose, it would be a good choice and anyways. Your probably the most scary person I know so I know you can do this and get through it." Felix said.

"Yeah, thanks. I think I should tell them right now." I said. "Yeah, I'll be inside. Come in when you're perfectly fine." Felix said. "Yeah." I said and threw a rock at his head. "Hey. I'll see you in the base." Felix said and went inside. I just rolled my eyes. I thought of the plan I had to do to do this. It wasn't gonna hurt anyone but me. I then got up and went inside. "Hey, I got a plan." I said. "What is it?" Mike asked. "It involves me taking the evil out of her and transfer it to me." I said.
