Chapter 32: Gone

Nightmare's Pov
I looked at Psychotic. I was suddenly filled with rage. What Midnight didnt know was that I had way more control over my powers and forms than she did.

But I made it seem like I didnt so I could hang out with her. She didnt let me normally hang out with her unless it was training so I had to do something.

'Hey, you okay with doing this?' Sinister asked me. 'Yeah.' I thought. I focused my power and energy and I let Sinister out. Sinister is my dark form. My evil form.

I only let him out when I absolutely needed it. I watched through his eyes as to what's going on. "Dont think this is over." Sinister's deep voice said. "Sinister?" Midnight asked.

"Yeah, hey Midnight. I know its been a while." Sinister said. Then he focused his attention onto Psychotic. "Now, my friend here might not be as strong but you clearly haven't met me." Sinister said.

Sinister was the only one who could talk in any form. Psychotic started laughing and went to hit Sinister. Sinister smirked and had done something. I had forgotten what he called it.

Sinister shot a fire ball at Psychotic's neck. Psychotic let out a scream of pain. Seems like his weak point was a certain point in his neck. Then Psychotic grabbed Sinister with a shadow arm.

Sinister was put in front of Psychotic. Another of his shadow arms came around and started squeezing us. "If he keeps this up, we're both dead." I said.

"I got this." Sinister said. He teleported out of the grip and landed on the back of Psychotic. He let go of his dragon form and went back into his human one. He got out a katana.

I knew what he was going to do. He lifted the katana above his head and slammed it right into Psychotic's neck. Psychotic let out a roar. I watched as he cut Psychotic's neck.

I saw blood and flesh. It was normal for me to see this. Sinister kept cutting his flesh and meat. Sinister looked to the side and a portal to the Night was open. I saw that Midnight had opened it.

I saw that Sinister pushed him into it but he didnt get sucked in. Psychotic grabbed onto Midnight. "Sinister, let me take over." I said. "Sure." Sinister said. I took over and ran to Midnight.

"I got you." I said as I grabbed Midnight's hand. "Nightmare, let go of me." Midnight said. "You'll get stuck down there." I said. "I'll be fine, just let go." Midnight said.

"Midnight." I said. "Trust me." Midnight said. "Okay." I said and let go. She got dragged down the portal and it closed. "Please be safe." I said. I got up and went to my team.

"Dont think this is over yet." Yuri said. "We were literally in a battle. Do you think fighting is a good idea now?" Beni asked. "Yes, and this time, we will destroy you." Yuri said.

Toxsa's Pov
My team and I looked at him. "Yeah, just like all the other times but here we are, still standing." Sasha said. I saw Samuel about to attack her but I blocked it.

"Thanks bro." Sasha said. "No problem." I said. Then war broke out. We all were fighting and tiring ourselves out. Dark was fighting in replacement of Midnight.

I felt my entire body weaken. "Hey, what's going on?" I asked. I kept fighting but I knew something was wrong. Topaz pushed me down and she had her spear at my neck.

"Not this time." Maddison said and kicked her away. She helped me up. "What happened to you?" Maddison asked. "I dunno, my energy started draining." I answered.

"Something's wrong." Maddison said. I then felt my energy be given back to me. "Okay, definitely something is wrong." I said. Maddison and I teamed up.

We fought off Marcel and Topaz for as long as we could. I dunno why we had to fight now. I dont think these people were normal. And the fact that Psychotic sent us here.

And what happened to Midnight. I was so confused right now. 'Toxsa, you need to get your head in the game.' Maddison thought. "Sorry." I said and blocked off another attack.

'What's gotten you so distracted?' Maddison thought. 'Everything thats happened so far.' I thought. 'Then stop thinking and dont die.' Maddison said. I pushed Topaz back.

I fought her off and used a rock hand to push her away. Maddison used a boulder to throw it a Marcel. But they kept fighting us. "Dont these guys know how to stay defeated?" I asked.

"Yeah, just like that secret goblin that you find in the cave in Doomsploder 8." Maddison said. "I havent gotten up to there yet. I hate you." I said. "Sorry." Maddison said.

"So, how hard is the secret goblin?" I asked. "Tough. Harder than the mystical elf." Maddison said. "How long did it take to beat it?" I asked. "Two days." Maddison said.

"Any breaks?" I asked. "No. I took no breaks and no sleep, spent two days trying to defeat it." Maddison said. "That explains why you didnt want to hang out." I realized.

"Yeah, sorry bout that. If it wasn't for that goblin then I would have hung out." Maddison said. I pushed Topaz into Marcel and knocked them off the roof.

"Weird coincidence that we're always on a roof." I said. "Yeah." Maddison said. We looked over the edge to see what happened to Marcel and Topaz. Big mistake.

Topaz used her earth powers to create an earth tower and she punched me in the face. I staggered back and felt blood run down my face. "Great, Wakemai's gonna kill me." I said.

I wiped the blood off of my face and Maddison stood next to me. "You okay?" Maddison asked. "Yeah, I'm good." I said. Topaz and Marcel stood in front of us.
