Chapter 29: More fighting

Miki's Pov

My team and I went back to our base and when I went to my room, I flopped on my bed. "Was it that annoying to work with the goodies?" Ben asked.

"Yes. It's terrible." I said. "So, how was doing a secret mission?" Ben asked. "Terrible." I said. "You have no life." Ben said. "When have I ever?" I asked.

"Okay, okay. Since we're back, want to train." Ben suggested. "Nah." I said. Ben then started coughing. "Well, the idiot tired himself out again." I said. 

"Nope, I'm good." Ben said. He coughed blood up. "Okay, you get the hell on the bed. You got your energy taken away and it ain't a good thing for it." I said as I pointed at the bed.

"Fine." Ben said. He sat on the bed and I looked at him. "You didn't rest after getting your energy taken away, did you?" I asked. "Yes." Mike said. I stared at him.

"Okay fine, no." Ben said. "You idiot." I said. Ashley walked in and asked what was going on. "Your brother decided not to rest after getting his energy drained." I stated.

"You idiot." Ashley said. "And I'm gonna leave." I said. I walked out of the room and saw my brother Kai. "Sup." Kai said.

"Your teammate decides to be an idiot and not rest her energy after draining it." I said. "Well, we did know she was an idiot." Kai said. "You're nice." I sarcastically said.

"You just noticed?" Kai asked. "Oh sorry, did you say something, I couldn't hear over the ego being produced from your brain." I said.

"Well, at least I ain't a airhead." Kai said. "Woah, you can actually talk, I thought you were starting to get mute since I stopped listening." I said.

Kai fake yawned. "Oh I'm sorry, did you say something, you were starting to bore me out." Kai said. "How are you my brother?" I asked. 

"Same way you're my sister." Kai said. I punched him in the arm. "We aren't normal." I said. "And we will never be, anyways we need to train because might be going into battle soon." Kai said.

"Sure, whatever." I said. Kai and I walked to the back of the base where all the training equipment were and powered up a few dummies to train on.

I honestly hated doing more than I wanted to but I had to at this point because my brother wanted me too. How we are blood related, I will never know.

"Concentrate idiot." Kai said. "I ain't an idiot." I said. "Well the way your losing yourself in thought would kill you in battle." Kai said. 

"Thanks I didn't know that." I said. "I'm sure you didn't." Kai said. I punched him again. "Okay, I'm sorry, don't kill me." Kai said sarcastically.

"You little idiot." I said. I went back to training since I had to and Kai would also call me an idiot. An idiotic brother.

I had gotten my weapon out and trained for about an hour or two, even though it was already pretty dark outside. I had a bad feeling about the next three days.

Mark's Pov

Yasmin and Eliza was fixing their wounds but wouldn't tell us what happened when Yasmin locked us up in a force field. "What happened?" Joshua asked.

"Hey Josh. Stop annoying your sister." Amanda said. "She's also your sister." Joshua said. "I'm a robot. I have no blood and organs so she's not fully blood related." Amanda said. 

"Fine." Joshua said and sulked away. "Sorry Yasmin. You're brother can be quite annoying." I said. "I know, I've lived with him for my entire life." Yasmin said.

"How did you get that gash?" Amanda asked, pointing to a big gash on Yasmin's leg. "I don't actually remember." Yasmin said. "You're never careful." Amanda said.

"Yeah, because I have a problem of not knowing what wounds I have." Yasmin said. "Okay, I'll get more bandages." Amanda said and left.

"We should all go to sleep." I said. "Yeah sure, that's a good idea." Rick said. Most of us went to sleep but Eliza, Yasmin, Amanda and Felix were staying up for a bit longer.

I looked at the others and Mike looked a bit cautious. Like there was something wrong. Or something bad was going to happen to us.

I shook it off as normal but I couldn't help but feel worried about the next few days. I laid down in my bed and started to fall asleep. 

The next morning I woke up to hear a crash. "Either someone really heavy had fallen or Yuri decides to attack now." I said. "Let's go." Gen said.

We all left the base and looked outside and saw that Yuri was indeed deciding to attack at this very moment. "Well, he's an idiot." Beni said.

"He's always been an idiot." Joshua said. We all got our weapons out. Well, all of us except Eliza and Yasmin. I think they were resting cause they haven't gotten any rest.

We all attacked our counterparts while Elliot and Yuri attacked us all at once. Either these guys are stupid or they just generally have no brain.

We all attacked until Eliza and Yasmin had come out of the building. "Nice of you to join us." George said. "Sorry that sleep ain't on our agenda." Eliza said.

"Hm, how about instead of talking, we actually fight and not die." Yasmin said. "I'm down with that." Toxsa said. "Just fight, microchip." Yasmin said, mumbling the last bit.

We kept fighting til Yuri knocked Yasmin down. "Haha, now I can finally destroy you." Yuri said. "Not happening today." Yasmin said as she got up.

She knocked Yuri down and kept him down. I think it was because if she didn't, he would have destroyed us by now. She kept making sound waves hard enough to knock someone out.

"How much battles do we need to fight before we return home." Annabelle said. "Well, there's a lot do so, no one knows." Eliza said. That doesn't help at all." Jack said.

"Since when did we become debaters." Yasmin asked. "Well, some reasons are that we are all busy with something down." I said.

We went back to fighting but I had a feeling that this was going to be the last battle we have. I dunno why, I just, have this feeling
