When tears fell upon my eyes
There was only chaos that arised.
No one was able to hold my heart dear.
What fear could there be when you, yourself left me alone for years.

There were fires around me and my tears weren't enough to extinguish it.
I am suffocating yet my suffering wouldn't end.
The fire hadn't touch me yet it felt like there's nothing left in me.
What more could there be?

The sky had turned its back on me.
The stars faded due to the weariness of hearing my plea.
The sun only added hotness to the fire and the moon had grown tired of watching my pitiful self.
How much more do I have to lose?

It doesn't matter anymore because I'd still be burned on this floor.
From then on I'll just imagine myself being washed away from the shore and the sore that I would feel from burning,
I'll just imagine that it was just the cold water of the sea, too cold for my skin to handle.
And in the end I'd be a candle that is still willing to get burned to give you light.

I'm alright because at least I'm shining bright.
A temporary brightness that is long gone.
A brightness that vanished into thin air and you wouldn't care.
Just like how you left me without any second thought.
