Please:
Take my heart and make it one with yours
           Just like our two clay that we once combined.
Hold it together even if some pieces are washed away by the rain
           Just like how you never wanted to let go of my hands when we parted ways.

Even if our fate is falling apart don't let our love fall behind.
Trust me, time will stop and would stay with us.
The stars would drain our wishes and hopes
           However, let not our love become a tragedy.

I beg you:
          Don't let the nightmares surround you
                      Even though I'm past due, believe me I'm staying with you.
         To keep the fire still in your heart, I'm coming just wait for a little while
                      And soon you will see my smile.

The days won't let me reach your hands
        And the night won't let me be by your side and allow me to hug you tight.
I'm running towards where you are so I beg you with my broken dying heart
      To stay still wherever you are, I'll find you.

I will find you:
      Even if the trees and the paths would make illusions to confuse me.
      Even if a landslide started or the path in the mountain becomes slippery or steeper.
      Even if the heat or the coldness becomes unbearable.

I will find you:
      Even if my feet and my knees starts trembling.
      Even if I feel like I am going to vomit blood due to exhaustion
                 I won't stop because I love you, I want to be with you and I know it is the same with you.

I promise that once I found the path where you are:
       I won't go anywhere, anymore.
      You won't doubt our love nor the fate bound within us.
      You won't have to keep waiting.

I'm sorry:
     If I left you for too long.
     If our love is now not that strong
     If I loved you too much that I left you for your own good.

I'm sorry:
     If I didn't notice how the stars are fading and mourning
                       For your broken longing heart.
    If I wasn't fast enough to get there and notice that
                       You erased the trail that leads to you.

I'm sorry if I kept you waiting for too long
   And I am now here without you waiting for me.
I miss you and I am bruised and broken.
I am, I think, on the verge of dying.

Tears isn't enough to describe what I feel.
I think I would go insane...I wish this isn't real
      but I couldn't bring myself to ask you to come back.
You have sacrificed a lot.

I wish:
      I could beg more.
      You could have stayed a little bit more.
      I was faster or maybe I should have not rest even for a while to get where you are.

I now made it to where you were.
   And all that is here is a tree where our names are engraved.
It's frustrating and I wish at least you should have let me hug you tight
    before you leave and say goodbye.

But who am I?
     to stop you from going where you used to stay?
You should have at least let me hear you that you love me for one last time
      before leaving me, before I become lost and evetually become a stray.

You've waited too long and thank you:
       for waiting.
       For fighting all those doubts and keeping the fire still in your heart.
       For remembering me.
Please don't forget our adventure and my adventure towards you.

Don't ever forget that I love you enough
        to accept all the misery we had gone through.
And lastly.
        you are now free from suffering.
