Prologue

Jacob and Troye were just as proud of their family as any other couple would be. They had managed to buy a house and provide for their family relatively well, giving the two boys the best care they could manage. Jacob had a job that payed well, which helped them be sure that they would have good food and extra money to spoil their kittens with. 

Joel was an excitable four year old who had a knack for getting into things he was not supposed to. He was sweet though, just like his dads, and always wanted to help, even when it would be better for him to stay out of the way. He loved helping with his brother, doing so as often as Troye would allow him to, whether it was by sitting on the couch and helping feed the baby or running upstairs to grab Riley's blankie, which was a very soft baby blanket that had little dinosaurs all over it. Troye had been teaching Joel himself, not only teaching him his colours, letters and numbers like a normal four year old, but also the way of a neko. Troye wanted to make sure that Joel had a bright future ahead of him. Joel had bright blue eyes like Troye, but his features resembled Jacob more.

Riley was an adorable little guy who was found smiling more often than not. He was obsessed with shiny things, which was why Jacob was no longer able to safely wear his earring and Troye his nose-ring. He had just started crawling at the age of nine months and tried to make sure that his brother did not leave him out of anything, even though he rarely understood what was going on. He also had gorgeous blue eyes, but he was starting to look more and more like Troye every day.

Troye was getting older, but he looked just as good as he did when Jacob met him in that club all those years ago. He had not changed much, aside from becoming a bit more mature and independent. He enjoyed staying at home with the boys, working with Joel and making sure Riley was happy. He had even taken a basic cooking class and was getting better with every meal he prepared, even though Joel requested mac and cheese for every meal. Troye enjoyed having Zoe and Dan and other friends come over so he could show off his angels, so they were there at least once every two weeks for a meal.

Jacob still worked for Josh, working directly under him since Tyler had started working at a new location. He made sure to keep weekends free  so he could spend them with Troye, Joel and Riley. He was just as proud of his little family as Troye was, and was very close to Joel. On the days he was aloud to he took Joel to work with him and let him play around the office and 'help'.

Now you have an idea of who the Bixenman family is, lets move forward  to explore this next chapter of their lives, in which we will undergo more love and more heartbreaks, telling of stories and writing of more.

hey kids

as you know the first book followed troye and jacob through their early relationship and having joel and all, but this one will follow them through the year that riley is one year old until around the point that he is two, so that gives you a bit of an idea

There will be songs at the beginning of each chapter as well, which will either reflect the chapter/story or just be cool. I have a really wide selection of genres that I like so like prepare yourselves.

this is also gonna be a mess of emotions so prepare yourselves the best you can
