Epilogue

Livvy's POV

"You look beautiful Livvy." Jacob tells me looking into my blue eyes. "I almost shed a tear when I saw you walking down the aisle."

"You could have. I wouldn't have judged you." I say and he twirls me around.

"But our families may have." I chuckle a little bit.

"If they had then oh well, I have you and that is all that matters right now."

"You don't know how lucky I feel."

"Why?" I ask a bit confused.

"Any man could have scooped you up, and yet you still managed to end up here, in the beautiful wedding dress, looking as beautiful as ever." He replies making me blush a little.

"No one else is you though. You are the only guy who has ever made me feel like a princess."

"You deserve to be treated like one."

We are silent for a few seconds, letting the song "All About Us" by He is We and Owl City, play.

"I don't know how you did it." I tell Jacob and look up into his deep green eyes thinking back to high school once again.

"Do what?" He asks confused.

"Make me fall for you again." I reply and wrap my arms tighter around his neck. "Especially after the jerk you were towards me in high school."

"Well, Livvy, I just knew that you'd always come back to me!" He pulls me forward and kisses me.

"I love you Jacob Tanner."

"I love you too Olivia King."

I feel safe in his arms, knowing that he will never deliberately hurt me again. He promised me a life of joy and fun, which I'm going to hold him to. I love him and just can't wait to spend the rest of my life with him. I wonder if this is what my parents felt like when they got married. All giddy, with the feeling that nothing could go wrong. I look over and see them sitting next to Jacob's parents, all four of them with a huge smile. I never knew I could be this happy. I feel like in the back of my mind that I'd always go back to him.
