"Garnet have you seen Amethyst?" Pearl poked her head outside of her room.

Garnet looked up from her game of solitaire.

"No," She said, "I think she left a few minutes ago after Greg and Rose."

Pearl sighed, "Where'd they go this time?"

Garnet shrugged, "Why were you asking about Amethyst?"

"I think she stole one of my swords again," Pearl explained, "And I'll never find it in that mess she calls a room. Do you know where she went?"

Garnet looked over at Pearl and she realized her answer.

"Again?" Pearl asked, "Why would she keep going there?"

"Why don't you go ask her?" Garnet lowered her sunglasses to look at Pearl.

"Me?" Pearl asked surprised.

"I believe it would be best," Garnet winked as if she knew something Pearl didn't. Pearl groaned but listened anyways. She walked to the warp pad in the middle of their cave like area.

"Tell Rose where I went if she asks," Pearl said.

"Sure," Garnet began playing cards again.

Pearl warped to where she knew Amethyst must be. When she saw the giant rock walls surrounding her, covered in holes, a shudder ran through her spine.

"Amethyst?" Pearl yelled walking down the middle walk way. A sound caught her attention causing her to jump. She could've sworn she saw something in the distance.

"Amethyst!" She called again worriedly. She heard the steps of someone and turned around to see Amethyst. She was extremely tiny and her hair was short and curly.

"There you are," Pearl gave a sigh of relief, "What are you doing here?"

"Just visiting my old rocks," Amethyst grinned.

"You know, you really shouldn't come here," Pearl lead Amethyst towards the warp, still on high alert. Something was making her uneasy.

"How come?" Amethyst asked.

"It could be dangerous," Pearl explained, "What would you do if you ran into something? You don't even know how to summon your weapon yet."

"There's no one else here Pearl," Amethyst sighed, "I would know." The last parted sounded almost bitter.

Pearl looked around uneasily, "This is just a bad place, ok Amethyst? You really shouldn't spend anymore time here."

"Ok..." Amethyst said quietly.

"Come on," Pearl said, "Lets go home." Amethyst glanced one last time at her hole before they disappeared.

"We're back!" Pearl yelled out. Garnet wasn't playing cards anymore but Rose and Greg were standing outside the door to the temple.
