I'm so excited and omg talaga huehuehue.

"Alexys baby, call us kung may problema ha. Maya-maya, dadating na si Attorney Sevilla, so prepare ka na ha. Everything inside that room is yours. Feel free." sabi ni tita at bumalik na sa mini office niya.

Dadating na pala si Attorney. Well ligo ligo muna habang may time ^_^ Wala pa akong ligo mula kahapon XD Kaka-discharge lang din ni Xander sa hospital. Mehehe. Sinabi ko na din kay tita na gusto ko kasama sila ni Xander habang nakikipag-usap kay attorney. :)

Pagkatapos noon, dumiretso ako sa walk-in closet. Hmm, ano kayang susuutin ko?

Pagkalabas ko, saktong papalapit sa akin yung ladies in black ko daw na ibinigay ni tita at ginuide ako papuntang dining area. Then there's Xander. He's wearing a suit >_< JS ang peg namin dito hahaha!

"Good Afternoon po" bati ko sa kanila at tumango silang lahat.
"Uhh, So lets start?" tanong ni attorney sevilla at ngumiti naman si tita.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Alvin James Yuchengco Sy , Filipino citizen, of legal age, married to Elyssa Valdez-Sy, born on the 15th of October , a resident of #67 Ephraiuse Subdivision, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting under undue influence or intimidation from anyone, do hereby declare and proclaim this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, in English, the language which I am well conversant. And I hereby declare that:

I. I desire that should I die, it is my wish to be buried according to the rites of the Roman Catholic Church and interred at our family mausoleum in Shenzhen;

II. To my beloved wife, Elyssa Valdez-Sy, I give and bequeath the following property to wit: YS Group, Elvin Mall, Elite Pavilion Hotel, etc. ;

III. To my esteemed child, Alexys Valdez-Sy, I give and bequeath the following properties to wit: YS Group and Saint Adeline University in equal shares;

IV. To my loyal secretary, assistant, lawyer, and doctor, Kian Sevilla, I give and bequeath the properties if anything will happen to our family.

VI. I hereby designate Kian Sevilla the executor and administrator of this Last Will and Testament, and in his incapacity, I name and designate Ella Sevilla as his substitute.

VII. I hereby direct that the executor and administrator of this Last Will and Testament or his substitute need not present any bond;

VIII. I hereby revoke, set aside and annul any and all of my other will or testamentary dispositions that I have made, executed, signed or published preceding this Last Will and Testament.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 1st day of February, 1992, in Manila, Philippines.

"So ano pong mangyayari ngayon?" tanong ko

"Dati kasi until now, nakapangalan sa akin ang mga properties. Which are YS Group, Elvin Mall, Elite Pavilion Hotel, and Saint Adeline University. Ililipat ko sayo lahat ng properties na yun. Don't worry I've taked care of your shares. You don't have anything to worry about. Ayos na lahat ng papeles."

"Ahh ganun po ba..."

"Ito pala, may letter ang mom mo kalakip nitong last will and testament. I'll read this for you."

"Oh--okay po."

"To our daughter Alexys. Baby, it's me, your mommy. Your dad and I request you to do four favors for us. First, Always take care of yourself. We love you. Second, Take responsibility for our businesses. Third, in order to fulfill your grandparents' wish, please accept the fixed marriage between you and one of our business partners, Ritchie Louis Santillan. Last, Live your life and Carpe Diem."

"P-po?"

"Don't worry hija, this is not effective anymore kasi may huling papel akong nakita. Which is the latest, dated the day before the accident. Here it is."

"Can I read it aloud?"

"It depends on what you want/"

"Dear Alexys, you've grown up so well. You're very pretty. If you will read this at the time me and your dad pass away, we ask three favors for you. First, Study hard and take care of our businesses. Second, accept the fixed marriage of the Yu family. Last, find your twin sister, Rahael.We love you. I hope sundin mo kami because this is for your good."

I love my parents and I don't want to betray them. Sa mga Yu manggagaling ang fiance ko. So it means.... XANDER?!?! Opkors. Sino pa nga bang Yu sa business partners?

Pero si Xander... Anong balak niya? Papayag kaya siya?

"So I'll leave these papers to you. Sign these if you have decided about the fixed marriage." sabi ni attorney at kumain na kami ng merienda.
