Chapter 12

"Are you serious?" harry starred at me with a blank look on his face.

"Yes Harry. Are we gonna stay here and talk or are we gonna go to the hospital to deliver this child?" I sarcastically relied.

"Right. Right. Lets go." he came to me and helped me up.

"Boys! I'm going to be a dad!" Harry shouted to the boys upstairs before he shut the door and drove me to the hospital.

"Ok Sam almost there. push." I pushed at hard as I could. Sweat dripping down my face also with a mix of tears.

"Ok your doing fantastic. One more." I took a deep breath and pushed as I grunted and yelled through my pain.

I saw the doctor smile then I heard a cry. My baby. My own flesh and blood. Scratch that- my own flesh.

I started to cry hard. Harry stood up to get a good view of our child and smiled. He started to let a few tears fall then looked down at me.

"It's so beautiful." I kissed him and continued to cry.

"I will be happy to inform you that it's a girl." I looked at Harry with a bigger smile on my face.

I then got another huge pain and I screamed. The doctor came running to see me and my midwife was at the end of my bed with a shocked expression.

"Lisa whats the matter?" the doctor asked worried.

"There's another one." was all she said before I got another huge contraction. The doctor went to see and his mouth dropped.

"It's true... "

"Ok Sam last one. Push." I pushed and heard another cry. I was pregnant with twins. Holy shit! Talk about unexpected.

"It's a boy." the doctor smiled at me and Harry. The doctor came back with both of my babies and handed me one and the other to Harry. I starred at my baby boy and Harry was looking at our baby girl.

I shed more tears as I starred at my babies.

"They're so beautiful." Harry sobbed looked at me.

"I know... we made perfect babies."

"Yes, yes we did and I am so proud."

"I can't believe they're ours.."

"I know it's so surreal.." I liked at Harry and we smiled at each other.

The doctor came back in from leaving.

"Excuse me, doctor, but when can I go home?"

"Let me check everything." he came over and checked my blood pressure and gave me a check up.

"You look perfect. I will let you go home today in a few hours. Lets say.... about 7 pm." He said looking at the clock in my room.

"What about my babies. When can they come home?" I looked at my precious boy.

"Well they have to stay here at the hospital for a while. They only stay here to see if they are stable enough to handle being exposed to the environment. They seem healthy and perfectly fine. I'll let you take them by the end of this week. It's Tuesday so I'll let you take them on Saturday, let you get comfortable with them." I nodded and kissed my baby on the forehead.

I starred at my baby and smiled, "I love you."
