Jungkook's POV:

As soon as our manager showed his face in the door I remembered the strange conversation him and RaeJae had earlier. He treated her differently, almost inappropriately but we could be reading it wrong... I mean he's a professional!

I glance at RaeJae who has somehow ended up behind me, almost like she's hiding. Her face looks blank, however, making it extremely difficult to read her.

"Hello, BTS!" The man next to Manager Hobeom exclaims. I almost completely forgot he was there...

"Anneyeonghaseyo," We all bow at our unknown guest.

"My name is Keone Madrid," He starts with a cocky smile, "I will be your choreographer for your debut, and hopefully more experiences to come,"

"Woahhh," Taehyung gasps in amazement.

"It's nice to meet you!" J-Hope smiles widely as he bows a few times.

"Would all of you mind introducing yourselves to me?" He asks, Namjoon nodding for us.

"I'm Rap Monster, this is Suga hyung, Jin hyung, J-Hope, V, Jimin, Jungkook, and Rain,"

Hmm... guess he's already taking on the leader role, huh?

"Ah, it's nice to meet you all. Didn't mean to eavesdrop but we got to see you threes mini performance," He raises his eyebrows proudly.

I can almost feel the blush on RaeJae's face behind me. It's still strange to me, but for some reason I really like it when she uses me as a shield of sorts... almost like it make me feel useful in some way. It's hard to explain.

"RaeJae-Ssi, your flexibility is very impressive," Our manager compliments, Rae bowing reluctantly.

I can't tell if she's just really shy or if he's treating her differently... I'm quite awkward myself so I'm not a very good judge of character.

"So how about I take the Maknae line for today while the hyung line visits with Hobeom hyung?" Keone suggests, our manager nodding in approval.

"I'd like to discuss part of our debut as well... I was going to wait until your first practice but since you all are here," Hobeom shrugs, "Just make sure you all meet with me in about thirty minutes to an hour,"

"Ne, hyung," All of us nod respectively, Namjoon, Yoongi, J-Hope, and Jin all following him.

"What was that, RaeJae-Ssi?" Hobeom raises his eyebrows.

She almost flinches behind me as if he tried to hit her. Why is she so frightened around him? Did something really happen yesterday between the two of them?

"N-Ne, Oppa," She practically whispers.

"What?" He puts his hand to his ear.

"I said, 'Ne, Oppa," She says much, much louder earning a smile from him.

"That's what I like to hear! Use that beautiful voice of yours," He almost cheers, waving his hand before taking the hyungs away.

~30 Minutes later~

"Yah! My god, You kids look dope together!" Keone exclaims with a huge smile on his face.

As much as I would like to be humble, I do have to admit that Jimin, Taehyung, RaeJae and I all look cool together. We all surprisingly dance well to hip hop style songs, including RaeJae with her small frame.

"Alright, I'm going to go check in on Hobeom hyung. Take a break, go to the bathroom, get some water, do whatever you need to do," He tells us.

I nod while watching him exit the practice room. RaeJae immediately sits down in the middle of the floor in an attempt to catch her breath. I notice how her chest continuously rises and falls, somewhat of dark circles under her eyes apparent to anyone who cares to look close enough.
