RaeJae' POV:

I'm too afraid to open my eyes.

Because if I do, maybe I'll be back in my parents apartment... what if everything from last night was a dream?

However, perhaps I'm back in my dorm room and everything that's happened was just a nightmare.

What if everything, starting from the time I auditioned for BigHit was a dream... and now I'm just 'Choi RaeJae'. A part timer at a small Korean chicken restaurant in Busan.

Goddammit RaeJae just open your eyes!

I look up to a white ceiling, slowly following it to the corners of the room to see blue curtains covering the windows. To get a better look at things I roll over to my side to almost literally touch noses with Yoongi.

"KKAPJJAGIYA!" I become startled and try to roll away from him, causing myself to roll into someone else and off the bed.

"Owwww..."

I try to push off whoever I fell on but end up collapsing again due to my injured hand.

"Are you okay?" I hear a familiar voice asked, followed by them helping me up, "careful, careful,"

"Jungkook?" I ask sleepily.

He merely nods and helps me back into the bed. I blink a few times to wake myself up, watching him gently make sure my IV didn't break off. I furrow my eyebrows at V on the ground, only remembering Suga coming to visit me last night.

"Were you- how- did-?" I try to form a question but fail while my brain still tries to catch up.

"Shhh, it's okay. Don't move your hand though," Jungkook tells me.

"Well, I apparently found an alarm clock that finally works for me," V giggles as he stands up next to Jungkook, "are you feeling any better?"
I look over to Yoongi who is still fast asleep despite all the commotion.

"Yeah," I yawn, lightly tapping my cheek to wake up but end up touching a sore spot instead.

"Heyyy~ I said be careful!" Jungkook lightly laughs, "you're a bit fragile right now,"

"You still remember what happened right?" V cocks his head.

I nod, "am I safe?"

"Safer than safe. Your parents were taken into custody for a multitude of offenses. Turns out they've been wanted for robbery for awhile," V answers.

"Not to mention that they'll now be charged with child abuse," Jungkook adds lightly. A knock on the door causes the two to jump, racing around the room as if they're lost.

"CLOSET!" V whisper yells, both of them stuffing themselves into the small armoire in the corner. Yoongi finally begins to stir as a women dressed in scrubs enters the room.

"How are you feeling today, RaeJae-Ssi?" She asks politely.

"Umm... pretty good," I answer reluctantly. I've never before been hospitalized so this is all new to me.

"You're parents have been charged for the hospital bill, so please don't hesitate to ask for anything," she lets me know with a sweet smile. Well I guess that's a relief.
