The voting is closed for a new book, (with only three votes -.-) and the winner is Love is Poison Modern AU!!! That book will be out shortly!
Though in light of the fantastic ideas I have I will be posting 10-20 (probably closer to 10) chapter shorts that are all Hiccstrid-y! Like one-shots but bigger! Don't expect that one out anytime soon.
Astrid hasn't heard from Hiccup since Tuesday night. Tonight her friends would put their plan into action. She'd been desperate to say something to Hiccup, but she felt as though she couldn't ask him herself.
As she neared her friends at their lunch table, she saw excitement on their faces.
"It's time, we're going in." Heather said, making her way to Hiccup and Tuffnut's table without looking back.
She had decided to go alone since it would make her seem less sinister.
The inevitable had come, yet she still wasn't ready.
Watching from afar, she only hoped that he would be smart enough to know a trap when one was set.

Hiccup missed Toothless more than he could imagine. He didn't want deal with Astrid at the time.
He and Tuffnut were eating in silence.
Well, Hiccup was eating in silence, Tuffnut was talking his lips off.
As he ignored Tuff, Hiccup saw Heather walking towards them.
"Demon, 3 o'clock." He mumbled, being careful to hide his mouth with his hand.
Tuff silenced himself and plastered on a fake smile.
"Heather! What brings you to our humble table?" He crooned.
Heather returned his fake smile.
"I just wanted to say sorry for all that crazy stuff we said at the hospital. We were just sad for our dear friend Ruff and looking for somewhere to put the blame, which was wrong of us. Is there any way you could forgive us?" Heather asked.
Hiccup had to look away in order to not roll his eyes.
Tuff's smile grew into an honest and true one.
"Of course! I completely understand."
"Oh, that's so great, Tuffnut! I wanna make it up to you guys! You should totally come to the big game tonight! It'll be so fun!"
"Yeah, that sounds great!" Tuffnut said, completely oblivious.
"Yay!!! Ok, we're all going to be bringing our pets tonight, so you should totally bring yours!" Heather squealed.
"Oh, well I have a dog, what about you, Hiccup?"
He stared wide-eyed at his friend.
"You have a dog, don't you, Hiccup? I saw you walking it a little while ago."
He sighed. "Yes, I have a dog."
"You should totally bring it tonight! It'll be so much fun!"
Hiccup looked at Heather skeptically while Tuffnut nodded and began talking excitedly to Hiccup.
"This'll be so much fun, Hiccup!" He laughed.
"Doubt it." He grumbled as Heather walked away.
He glanced towards her table and saw Astrid looking at him with a worried gaze.
What was her deal?
He stood up to leave, needing to walk off Tuff's insanely stupid idea.
Tuff decided not to follow since Hiccup looked angry, and headed off to talk to the football team.
