'Ehm, inspector?' Both the inspector and Gantius had been sitting at the diner for quite a while. 'Hmm?' He didn't even bother to look away from his plate. Just like usual he had a cigarette in his mouth. 'What about Mex? And you know, finding him?' The inspector put his cigarette out, and put his colar up. 'Well, there is nothing to investigate.. I guess we could go to the lab, see if there is something supernatural with the evidence..' 'Why are we wasting our time here then?!' Gantius quickly got up, his fist clenched and his wings spread. 'Let's go!' The inspector hadn't even took a bite out of his fries, but he nodded. 'I guess you leave me no option.. Put it in my bill!' With his hands in his pockets, the inspector looked up at the sky. It was cloudy, and tiny rain droplets fell down from the sky. 'Do you think he's crying, Gantius?' 'Who?' Gantius stepped out of the diner, with a chill running over his spine. 'Garlox? I don't know.. We haven't seen him in ages.. I wonder what's wrong with him..' 'He left us, that's what happened.' The inspector tried to lit his cigarette, but it was too moist. 'He didn't leave us! Felma still talks to him, every day!' 'That's a beautiful lie, Gantius. If he knew what was happening, he would've been back already. Not even a cruel god would let his people suffer this faith..' 'You take that back! The council is still here, we take care of this city!' Ýou can right now, but what if we're out numbered? Sin will win, and we'll all act like those runny eyes and mouths.' 'They are still people down in their core.' 'That's easy for you to say..' The inspector glanced over at Gantius, who was shivering with cold. Without even mentioning it, the Inspector pulled his coat off, and put it on his shoulders. 'You're not human. You don't know how tempting it is.' 'What might be tempting?' 'Sin. The only worry we have is that sin will turn against us, and turn us into monsters like that.' 'But, what about your own honor?' The inspector shook his head, and took a deep breath. 'Honor can only be damaged, sin can only be fed.'

'All i'm asking that you will help me put an end to all of this, to put an end to Queenly, Vector and the Pannack empire. They treat their people like garbage. They are people! They deserve so much better! Pregnant woman are sometimes forced to roam the streets, cold, filthy and hungry. Whilist she and her army can enjoy a warm meal in a warm castle. They take everything, and when we give everything to our people.. We are given an illness. My poor father has been in this bed for so long. We have no one to lead our army, no one to give us aid.. Life is just so unfair.. I want to give Pannack what it deserves!' Her eye was filled with rage, and passion. Lynch could now see why royals couldn't get along together. 'I see, but as you can see.. I'm not that powerful myself. Surely, I am stronger than most people.. But the way we're being out numbered by far too much.' Gladia sighed, and let go of her fathers hand. He seemed to be fast asleep. 'You saw the magic that I used on the entire army? If the entire village prepares itself we can do another attack like that. But, it's a huge sacrifice. For every wound we create, a scar will appear on our wrists. As long as we promise that we will heal our victims, we won't receive any. We mainly use it to send out a warning.. But so far, she hasn't received it.' 'If I may ask, why don't you sacrifice one of your people, to kill Queenly? Seems like a life well spend.' 'You don't understand!' Her short body became filled with rage. 'First of all, if a powerful sorcerer gets killed by killing another person. They will spend eternity in hell. They will be forced to be on the bottom on the food chain. Forced to be a prey for all his life. And second of all, we care a lot for eachother. Our hate may be big, but we will never sacrifice our own for a deed that filthy.' Lynch didn't seem impressed with the threatening tone in her voice. 'Where I come from, we do nothing else. But I shall respect your ideas about life, and loyalty. It's just not the best way, look where it got you.' Gladia tried to think of a clever answer, but she was stumped. He was right, but she just couldn't deal with the thought of killing anyone of her kingdom. 'Lynch, I know that you come from a place where sin rules the world.. But we try to spare as many lives as we can.. That's why we are doing this first of all..' 'I understand. Gladia, why is it that you know this much about my world?'

'Hey Mex! Can I bother you to join me on a nice visit to the judge's house?' Mex was looking around, he couldn't see anyone talking to him. 'Oh, hey. February?' 'Hehe, yes it's me! I'm sorry, do you have more voices in your head? You should get that checked.' Mex rolled his eyes, and frowned a little. 'Well, I guess. What do you want to do there?' 'Queenly told me that she wanted to see me. I can't wait what's it about! Will you please join me? Perhaps she found out something about my family.' Mex shrugged. 'Sure, why not? Where are you now?' 'I.. Don't know, actually. I'm at some burned down pile of..-' 'Don't say anything else, I know where you are. Stay there!' Mex wanted to drop by Queenly for just a second, just to see if she was doing okay. He was also around, so why not? He walked out of the castle, and climbed the stairs to Queenly's tent. 'Huh? That's weird..' Outside of her door, there was a trial of ash. Mex couldn't see where they belong to first, it didn't seem to important. 'I'm sorry, Queenly, is this a bad moment?' He steped inside, and found Queenly busy planning the attack on Cheopia. 'Mex, not at all. Please come in.' 'I, ehm. I don't think so. I was just swinging by to see if you were doing fine.' Queenly frowned a little. 'Oh, if that's the case. Yes, goobye.' She got back at her map, placing pawns, and drawing lines. 'I didn't mean it like.. Ehm.. Goodbye.' Somewhat emberassed, Mex got out of Queenly's tent, and made his way to February. She clearly was a the burned down bar. 'Oh hey, there you are.' February didn't turn around, allshe could do was look at the ashes that were dancing in the wind. 'I must say, this planet sure has a lot of beauty around death and destruction.' Mex took a stand next to February. 'That's one way of puting it. It's a weird thought that I was in there not too long ago.' 'You humans attach too much value to a place in time. Whyw aste it when there is a bright.. Ehm.. Somehwat bright and short future ahead of you?' She looked ad Mex, but it clearly didn't seem to calm him down. 'Yeah, thanks for that.' She seemed to be smiling at him. 'Shall we?' Mex stared at Gnorx, who was drinking a beer at the edge of the burned down pile. 'Sure, why not?'
