'I understand that our worlds are not alike, Gizma.. But the fact that it's not from our world, doesn't have to mean that those monsters are from Mex's world? I trust him. And if he knew anything about this, he would share it with me.' 'Hon hon! Never trust anybody dearie. You never know when they get rid of you.' Gizma got up, and gave the magic mirror standing in the corner a big swing. The plates rotated quickly, showing both a grim looking future, and Mex leaving February all alone, and a bright looking future with February all on her own. 'Dearie, you're never going to get your folks back, that's too late. So why should you help the wimp? Tsk tsk, he's only going to drag you down.' February looked at the mirror, both future's held nothing special for her. She realised that she was too late. It doesn't matter when she was too late, or why she was too late. She had lost, and she had no idea who to blame. 'N-no.. My life only serves purpouse if I help people... Mex is in need, and on a bigger quest than I am.. My fate was to take care of my people, when that task got wiped away.. My fate became to look after this boy. 'The choise is yours dearie, but you're wasting your life. He will leave, and take a dump on your existence. I only warn once dearie. It's up to you from now on. Ta-ta!' Gizma took a deep bow, and threw his head on the ground. He winked at her once, and jumped inside the hat, teleporting away with a big poof. The room rotated back, and Mex marched in directly. 'February! Are you okay! You have been here for so long. I.. Got worried, I don't trust him for a second.' February smiled, overwhelmed with emotion. 'Thank you, Mex.. But i'm fine.. Thank you. I don't think we have to deal with him any time soon.' Mex gave her an awkward stare. 'But, if he can help you on your way, I have no problem dealing with him.. I guess.' 'Don't worry Mex. I have seen plenty for today... I wished that I didn't, though...' She looked at her hands, and still felt the tips being frozen. 'All we have to worry about is getting back. Queenly can protect us from the Dernudist guards. She.. Sometimes can come in handy.' February giggled, and gave a friendly stomp to Mex's shoulder.

'She has been murdered? No way!' 'We lost our kingdom!' Mex and February looked at eachother, and quickly made their way to the market square. Many people where heading to the castle, leaving everything behind. 'This must be something big.. Febraury, we have to get there as well! But we must prevent standing out from the crowd.. We'll have to walk there.' February nodded, and grabbed Mex's hand. Hand in hand, the both of them followed the flock of people to the castle. Many had already gathered, equipped with pitchforks and torches. They chanted angrily, some even sad. 'They took our kingdom!' 'We must punish those who are guilty!' When Mex and February finally reached the centre of the commotion, they could see Queenly standing on top of the stairs. Next to her was the mutilated body of Gladia. Her hair was dyed red with her own blood. 'People, people. I am just as outraged as you are! But we cannot change the events that took place right under our noses! The monster that had caused all this, had escaped from our very own prisons! He was seeking revenge, but took it out at the wrong people. He has killed the king, and killed the queen as well! Gladia fought brave, but wasn't able to protect herself.' Queenly pointed at Gladia, who was just standing there. She couldn't do anything, apart from leaking blood from almost every hole of her body. 'He left Gladia like this, only to leave a message. A message of war! From this day on, this monster will be our number one priority! I, Queenly, will take over for the poor killed King and queen.' Many people started to chatter, and gossip. 'She? I'm not too sure.' 'We lost out entire kingdom.. Queenly is the only one who can help us. She's experienced!' Mex frowned. He knew that something was off about Queenly's acting. 'I have already gathered my best men to investigate the matter. I request your patience. We're dealing with a very strong magic wielder. Even if we find him, there is no way that we can deal with him. We shall plot our attack first! If you see this monster, please do not approach it yourself, but contact me.' As a last act to convince the people of Dernudist, Queenly hugged the mutilated body of Gladia. All she could do was softly groan. She had won. Queenly killed her mother, and mutilated her to silence her forever. All she could hope for was Lynch keeping his promise to return one day, and put her out of her missery.

A few towns over, Vector and his party had made it's way to Cedelia. 'So, you're absolutely fine with this?' Vector was talking to Cedelia, as Lynch was taking care of Youkala. 'Eh. It's not like I can do anything about it. If I do, Queenly will do the same to me.' 'Well.. yes, I guess.' 'I don't care if you take in a mass murderer, but please let me do my thing in here okay?' Vector frowned. She wasn't wrong, but it was weird that she didn't let her emotion take part of this decision for even one second. 'Cedelia, what is your thing?' She shrugged, and walked out. Vector spend a good couple of seconds figuring out what just had happened. But he couldn't wrap his head around it. 'What if she declined?' Lynch had put Youkala to bed, and decided to have a talk with Vector. 'I would have a plan B. Queenly has everything figured out. Don't worry about it.' Lynch shook his head, and crossed his arms. 'You all speak so greatly about her, yet I do not see why anyone would praise her so much.' Vector sat down on the wooden bench that was in the middle of the room. 'She's like a spider.. she has spun her Web a long time ago. She has put so many things in motion. She is the overseer of the chaos. The worst part is that she pretends to fix it, while in reality she just lures in her next pray.' 'Your words confuse me. You praise her, but you also call her out.' Vector sighed. 'To her, I'm nothing but a pawn in a game of chess. But in reality I want to be her king.' Lynch stared at Vector for a brief moment of disbelief. 'You know that the king is the most vulnerable piece of the game?' Vector stared at Lynch with a frown. 'You know what I mean. I love her, but she's married to the job..' 'I had my fair share of a girl like that as well.'
