'Angh!' Mex grabbed his own throat, for a second he thought that he was choking. 'You seem paniced, my friend.' Garlox sat at the end of the bed, and shone his holy light on Mex. It was weak, but it sufficed. 'I.. I had a really weird dream... I dreamt that I.. Eh.. Forget it, it's nothing.' Garlox laughed, as he got up. 'You think that you can hide anything from a god? That's a nice try. But, I agree. You should go back to fulfill another story.' Mex got up quickly, and looked GArlox in the eyes. 'You would willingly sacrifice your powers to a stranger, for a mere chance that he would protect your home?' Garlox shook his head, and tried to get up but without any luck. 'I would never give my powers to a stranger, but you're no stranger from faith Mex. I even believe that faith stood besides your cradle from the second you were born. A tarnished faith, perhaps. But I believe this is the first thing to be set in stone by a higher power.' 'Higher power, even higher than you?' Garlox sounded weak, but he wanted to transfer his last bit of knowledge. 'To some we're nothing more but fleas, there is always someone above. Now Mex, are you ready?' Mex got out of bed, dressed with nothing more but his underpants. 'You mean, right now?' Garlox nodded. 'I insist. But you have to know that once you turn god, there is no way back. The energy will drain you, you will maybe not live longer than twenty years from now, at most. Do you accept?' 'That's a pretty though descision you're puting on me.. But, I see no choise.. All my life I have been a puppet, it would be nice to pull the strings for once.' Garlox gave Mex his hands. 'Please, I need to transfer my last powers to you.' Mex nodded, and grabbed Garlox's hands. 'May my all seeing eyes always watch upon those in need, even after death. May I please return yo live a blessed life, and will my father understand for what I've given up on.. Thank you. I shall retire, and baptize Mex, may he to be refered to as Marlex, to the godhood of our galaxy. May he bring his task to completion, further than I ever could.  May he bring love, deeper than I could even ingrain, please accept this body as an offering.' Garlox held Mex close, before finalising the ritual. 'In Marlex we trust.' Garlox turned to pure energy, his body disolved in between worlds. Marlex could feel his body being set adrift towards the waterfall he always had a vieuw on. The picture become more clear, it was never a waterfall. It appeared to be a veil from up close.. 'Lisai.. I shall return to you, I will forgive your sins, and prove my word of a new born god.. I shall pick up where my now minor counterpart has left off.'

'I can sense something... What is this new power..' Felma got up, and pushed the chair away from behind her. 'Excuse me, we are busy with something here.' The inspector replied grumpy. Quickly, Felma made her way to Lisai, who's veil was flowing heavier than before. 'Garlox has returned! I can feel his presense!' All rushed over to Lisai to see what was going on. Gathered around, Lisa seemed to be acting very strange. She was squirming around, muttering nothing but nonesense. With just a glimps in her eye, the new born lord Marlex traveled from the in between, and came to rise in front of his counsil. 'I-it's Mex!' Gantius replied, after seeing Marlex emerge from within the glimpse of his sister's eye. 'No, I shall be named Marlex from now on, after the baptism of he who was once above me, but shall now be treated as my equal.' Marlex's appearance had changed, giving him a more god-like vibe. His hair was long, and his body decorated with many fragile bracelets and necklaces. His body was covered by a toga, much alike to Garlox's. 'I heard your cries for help, so I had nothing to choose but to return to they who are in need. I heard you had a slight council problem? Not to worry. Gather my people around, and I shall be the sheppard among my precious sheep.
'This can't be real! Are you saying that Garlox is no longer amongst us?' Lo-fu said, as he had a hard time believing any of this. 'As he is within me, he also  watches us throughout the cosmos. May I resemble his light, but may he keep watch. For my first action, I shall cure this young girl from her sins, and shall bring her back to the world of the living.' Marlex turned around, and took a moment to look at his sister. 'Whatever cruel fate has brought this upon you?' Marlex held Lisai' s head, and whispered something to her. 'Your sins are only human, and humans as a whole should accept that they one day might make the same mistakes. I cure you hereby from your sins, and grant you a second chance. Be free my beloved.' Lisai's veil stopped flowing, her eyes seemed clear, her mind at peace. 'M-mex... you did come back for me.'

'Mother, I must say.. you're treating our guests with the least amount of respect.' 'These people are not my guests! They are our enemies. They tried to attack us first, but luckily I was ahead of them.' The highest priestess was still chanting her spell while droplets of sweat ran down her forehead. 'You're wearing her out completely.. you're abusing our people in order toy with our guests. They look like they're in absolute pain!' Shimasta shook her head. 'Young girl, you have no respect for your mother! You must know that unless you marry a man, and stand above him, you're just a weak woman! Just like Queenly, no devotion what so ever. Just toying around with he and him. She should be ashamed of herself!' 'That's enough! If anyone is suffering, it's Queenly. Does she even know that her father is laying only doors away from her at this moment?! You took our father, you ruined a life. You ruined an entire country!' Shimasta smacked Ankha. 'That's enough! Go to your room, I have had it up to here with you!' Ankha rubbed her cheek. 'No! I've had enough of you!' Ankha quickly got up, and pushed the high priestess, making her lose focus, and to break the spell. Before Queenly and her party could even focus, Ankha grabbed Queenly by her hand and took her deeper inside the castle. The last think she saw was her mother and the high priestess getting jumped by Vector and Mex. 'Please, I know you do not like our people, especially not my mother. But you have to trust me!' Queenly regained some sort of sense, and followed Ankha. 'Something around you makes me trust you Ankha. Whatever it is, please don't abuse that trust. Only few have gained it.' Queenly locked hands with Ankha, and followed her every move. 'Wait, this is the door that Shimasta told us not to enter.. what is behind this?' Ankha said nothing, and unlocked the door for Queenly. 'It's pretty dark in here.. what's going on?' Queenly could see someone laying inside the bed, it was sweating, and clearly looked ill. 'Queenly, is that you?' 'Father?!'
