'If you don't mind inspector, I'm in the middle of something!' Gantius was floored by Lisai, who tried to scratch his eyes out. 'But it's a-' The inspector quickly swallowed his words, he couldn't let the people know that Mex was dead. ' a.. message from.. the other world!' Gantius frowned confused. 'Can't it wait?!' He finally pushed Lisai off of him. He was about to deal the last strike, but the inspector pulled Lisai away from him. 'Just play along will you?' He whispered to Gantius.  'Ehm.. that's right! These handcuffs made from.. oak metal shall keep her restrained!' The people looked confused, but started to cheer after a while. They had no reason to think anything suspicious about the Inspector and Gantius. The inspector held Lisai firmly by her wrist, and dragged her away from the crowd. They both left the scene somewhat emberassed, but they did what they had to do. After a while, the inspector and Gantius entered an abandoned factory. 'What was so important that we're now stuck with this monster!' In the middle of them, Lisai was still hissing, and leaking black liquid out of her eyes and mouth. 'I.. found this..' He handed Gantius the note that she was carrying in her basket. Gantius quickly grabbed it out off his hands, and read is thoroughly. 'Our Mex? This can't be.' He read it once again, but every time he read it, it started to make less sense. 'This.. This cannot be. This must be some prankster!' Wihtout anything holding hem back anymore, Gantius was about to Lisai down. But somehow, he saw a gentle spark in her eye. It was honest, it was afraid. The outside was hissing, and leaking. But he could feel that her inside was affraid, and scared. 'Please.. Nghn.. You must believe me!' Lisai tried to speak, but the black liquid took control quickly. Gantius had his sceptre already held high, but as he heard Lisai speak those words, his pupils got smaller, and his body was filled with doubt. 'Are you seeing what I was?' The inspector put his hand on Gantius shoulder. 'Ugh.. Not quite, but I also see no reason why I should kill her on the spot. Lisai's head turned 180 degrees around, and kept hissing at Gantius. 'Inspector, I must ask. Can you keep a secret?' The inspector raised his head. 'Kid, have you seen what my job is? I have no other choise but to keep things too myself.' He was about to light another cigarette, but Gantius stared at him angrily. 'Huh? Oh.. Right..' He quickly put it back in the inner pocket of his trenchcoat. 'I... Could take you to the council. You should feel quite special right now, just so you know.' The inspector looked at him with a surprised look on his face. 'You what now?' Gantius looked away in shame, while explaining himself. 'It's not like we really need a mortal inside. It's just for convience.' 'Sheesh, kid.' The inspector scratched the back of his head. 'Well, I don't see why not. Sure! Take me there.'

After passing many security precautions, the three headed inside the temple of the council. 'I bet the kid had spent many hours here..' Gantius looked at the inspector, while pushing Lisai inside. 'You mean Mex? Yes.. He had.. I remember the moment that he left this place quite well. It wasn't a pleasant good-bye.' Gantius took his shoes off, and took a hair elastic out of his pocket. They were about to enter the real temple, but before the inspector had set foot inside Gantius stared at him. 'Huh? Oh.. Right!' The inspector clumsilly took his expensive looking shoes off. 'Where was I? Oh, right. He said that he was having a bad day or something like that. I didn't care much for his personal business. You humans spend too much time on nonesense today.' Gantius opened the door for the inspector, and bowed. 'Please, be welcome.' The temple had a traditional interrior. It had bamboo flooring, and pillows to sit on. In the middle there was a large gold plated table, with many accessories on top of it. In the back there was a garden with a small river, and a large rock. It looked very zen, and the inspector felt inner peace. 'HEY, WHO'S THAT?!' the inspector looked at the young girl that was sitting at the table. The old woman that was also sitting at the table gasped. 'Gantius? What is that!'The young girl grabbed the fountain pen she was writing with, and charged at Lisai. The old woman held her finger against eachother, and made her knitting needles levitate in the air. 'Guys! Stop!' Gantius shouted, while letting out a mighty roar. De young girl quickly sat down, and the knitting needles fell on the table. 'This monst- I mean, girl.. She's.. In danger.' The old lady grabbed her cane, and stood up. 'Gantius.. We have been over this... There is nothing special amonst the people we protect. There is no need to bring everything 'suspicious' inside. The inspector thre the note on the table. 'You might want to have a look at this.' The old lady looked at him, somehwat offended. 'I must say.. This is strange.. Gantius, would you like to direct this friendly man out of here?' 'No can do Felma.' Gantius replied. 'The inspector was there with me, I figured that involving him would make sense. He knows a lot about this city and it's people. If anyone can make sense of this, it'll be him.' 'I'm quite hurt that you don't have trust in us, Gantius.' 'Yeah, what gives man?!' Gantius groaned. 'Ugh.. I'm just doing this to figure this out as quickly as possible. 'I.. Understand, it's good of you to invite other people in. Will you please follow me? Gantius and Mister..?' 'Ehm, inspector is plenty. Thanks.'

In a slow, yet steady tempo they arrived at one of the big rocks in the garden. 'Mister inspector, if I may explain. This is one of our praying spots. It.. Hasn't been used much, ever since Garlox disappeared. But as a medium, I still feel his vibes coming from within.' 'It's also a cool place for fighting!' The young girl yelled. The inspector turned around, and saw that she was touching his trenchcoat. Her nails had a sloppy coat of nailploish on them. She also seemed too young to be someone as important as a member of the council. Her hair had a solid brown color, and was accompanied with two pink scrunchies. She was wearing a light pink croptop, with two vertical dark pink lines. Underneath she was wearing a grass skirt, and bare feet. 'And a 'cool' place for fighting, I suppose.' The young girl let go of the Inspectors coat, and quickly ran back to Felma. 'But, as I was going to say..' Felma continued. 'I can perform a mindreading ritual here. I can see if there is more going on inside than her outside is showing.' The old lady sat down on her knees, and started to whisper prayers. The younger girl quickly went to the river, and cupped her hands together to obtain some water. Felma needed it to be in touch with her suroundings. The young girl sat down next to Felma, and offered her the water. Felma nodded while still chanting her spell. She dipped her fingers inside the young girl's cupped hands, and splashed water on Lisai. She didn't reply, but only hissed at the both of them. 'Gantius, inspector.. Can you please let this girl sit down?' The inspector and Gantius looked at eachother, and nodded. 'I can do it alone as well, but you can help.' Gantius said, while grabbing one of Lisai's legs.'
