The year is 2167, it has been said to be the year of the prophecy. People have been praying to the saviour, Garlox. However no one has seen, or heard from him since the yearhad started. The prophecy was written, and told by the sibblings. A boy, who has been named in this prophecy, came home on a cloudy sunday. He had a gathering with the towns council. It was tiring, but as a part of this prophecy, he had to attend them. 'I swear to the gods. If I have to go through one of these meetings again, i'm going to kill this world all by myself.' he pressed his tired body against the door, as soon as he had closed the door behind him, and entered his safe space. 'arf, arf.' A Loud, enthusiastic barking came from the appartment's kitchen. 'Luckily I still have you, girl.' He smiled a little, thinking about his only friend in the whole wide world. 'Arf ar- kyaa' 'Hmm? What's up girl?' He lifted his heavy head, and started to look around. '....' Lucy didn't respond to him. '....' Another moment of silence passed. 'L-lucy.. W-what's up girl? Are you hurt?' He panicked, and his heart started to race. '...' Again, no responce. 'LUCY?!' As soon as Mex pulled himself off the floor, he ran to the kitchen. Where lucy's barking came from. 'I'm so sorry... Is this.. Yours?' A tall being was standing in his kitchen. It seemed to be levitating, but his dark robe remained on the ground. His face seemed like he was wearing a mask. 'Yes! So you better let go of her!' Lucy was kicking, and trying to get out of the monster's grip. Out of breath, but still willing to fight, he looked around. Nothing made sense anymore. 'And that's coming from you? Don't make me laugh.' As soon as the voice spoke, it had closed the kitchen door. 'W-what do you mean?!' He took one step closer, and a sudden breeze flew through the room. 'Let go of her!' Mex tried to reach out to Lucy, but the monster was too high to reach. 'You are the boy from the prophecy, Mex., aren't you?' 'Depends.' Mex cleared his throat, he knew that this day would come, one day. 'Who's asking?' He tried to look dangerous, but he was clearly scared. 'How cute is that?' It flung Lucy in front of Mex. Her eyes looked watery, as if the drop had crushed all of her bones. It set foot on the ground, it's heavy boots made a weird dull noise. 'I can tell you.' It said. 'As you won't be able to tell anyone after I leave this very room.' He grinned, took his mask off. 'My name is Lynch, I'm commander general in the second army of Youka. We're here to take out this world, and it's Khanivian believes. In the prophecy, it was told that you will lead the winning army. So, as lord Youka ordered me, I have to tempt you to fight on our side. No matter the cost. 'Are you daft?!' Mex shouted, 'The prophecy never mentioned me by name! It just so happens that i'm the one who fits the description.' Mex broke down a little, unable to process what was happening. 'P-please. You can't do this to me! I don't even want to be the saviour!'
Lynch laughed. He had stepped out of the darkness, and Mex had a clear picture of him. He Appeared to be an elf like creature. His skin was pale, and his hair was white as snow. He had a long braid, with a spike on the end. 'You just happen to ''fit the description'', don't you?' The atmosphere was tense. Mex could feel his heart pound in his chest. ''It's not a mere coincedence.'' He said. The room got darker, as if Lynch's mood affected the room. 'ACCEPT YOUR FAITH! As the twins have foretold, so many years ago. It shall happen!' He pulled his sword from it's sheath. The point of the sword was in between Mex's eyes. He started to sweat even more, both in panic and disbelief. 'It's a stupid prophecy, made up by those two. One was blind, and the other was deaf. What possible good can come out of them?! They were just playing around. None of it makes sense.' As a last resort, he tried to make sense to Lynch. 'Did you just say.. ''Playing around''... ? Silence! For a person who has been chosen to be the saviour, your sayings seems to be filled with disbelief. Like you haven't heard it before!' Sense didn't seem to affect him 'Yes.' Mex sighed. 'I have heard the prophecy. My mother told it to me when I turned six. She also believed that I was going to be the saviour. But in that time, no one believed that war would be coming so soon. She was one of the village idiots.' Thinking about his past was difficult, he didn't remember much, he only remembers that he had to take care of himself. 'She seems like the only clever woman in her time. Yes, war has come. And it will make itself at home, right after I bring in victory, by completing my task.' Lynch's sword slowly twirled, slowly scraping the skin away. 'Until she got shot, trying to drown me. She was blinded by whatever the siblings had to say. She had lost her way, and wasn't in touch with reality!'
'Your mother was a brave warrior for the Youka realm! She was the only one who dared to take the risk of carrying you as a child. She is an hourned warrior in my home town. You shall speak no more evil of her!' Lynch dropped Lucy in the dark portal, which he had came from. Spirit like hands started to grab around, and drag Lucy down. Her fluffy looking body was already fragile, and in pain, she barked like never before. 'Lucy!' Mex shouted. ''
'Hold tight girl! I'll come back for you!' Her paws scratch on the hardwood floor, as she kept sinking in deeper, at the point that only her wet nose was visible. Slowly, her last barking became a vague echo in what seemed to be an endless portal to the Youka realm. 'Y.. You...' Mex's voice trembled in anger. 'How could you?!' He remembered that he had a large knife in his kitchen. 'I'm more prepared than you think I am!' He grabbed the sharp knife from the kitchen counter, and tried to pierce Lynch's heart with it. However, he had already seen what was about to happen. Lynch teleported away from the door, only to have Mex slam into it with his knife. 'You wish it would be this easy, wouldn't you?' 'SHUT UP!' He tried to stand up, and he did. But only just. His mouth was filled with blood from the impact. 'I am able to fix this!' Mex his even more tired body dropped to the floor. The thrust that was meant for Lynch's heart had too much strength. His body had taken too much knockback, as his attack could never be finished. His eyes teared up slightly, sick of it all. Mourning the loss of Lucy, the endless meetings. The weight on his already weakened shoulders. He was unable to think, or even to move, his malfunctioning brain sparked, and became overheated. His eyes slowly rolled back in his head, and a stream of blood dripped down his nose. Filled with rage, but nowhere to focus it on, he faints. The last thing that he witnessed was Lynch's laughter, followed by a piercing pain in his heart. Mex's eyes widen for the last time, only to close forever.
