'It's a trap! Is everyone okay?!' Unlike everyone before him, Mex had clear sight after the explosion. Yet, all he could see was a static image. 'You're not from around here, are you? I can't seem to recollect any data within your brain older than three months.' Mex made a fist, and looked around to see who was talking to him. 'That's right! What business would you have withing my brain anyway? That isn't a place for you to snoop around y'know?' 'It seems like i'm not the first one to walk into this place, your fairy friend has left quite the mess around here.' Mex started yelling. 'I trust February! There is no reason why I should believe you!' The voice laughed. 'You don't, but doubt is easily spread. My words will roam within this place for quite a while! ... Hey, what do we have here? Memories you shouldn't have?' Mex felt the voice poking around in it's brain. Sense were triggered, feeling felt. 'Get out! I don't want you in here!' Mex fell down to his knees, his eyes wide in desperation. His head was pounding, as it searched for memories to display on the static. 'Ha, this is where you stored your other memories.. Hmm.. This one will do! Have fun..' As his pounding headache dissappeared, a scenery appeared. 'The council? The joke is on you, I know what happened.. I have nothing to do with this. I did everything what was right, no regrets what so ever!' 'Listen, Mex. Please! Can you hear yourself? If you're not our saviour, who is?' Gantus slammed his fists on the table as he spoke. 'Don't waste our time with noneses! We need a strong leader, Garlox brought you here himself. There is absolutely no doubt possible!' The other council members looked at Mex, who was unable to reply. 'Call it instinct.. I know that everyone who has been in contact with me belives the same story, yet.. I don't think I am the one. It feels like, someone else should be it.' 'Mex.. Listen to reasoning. If it's not you, who can be it?' Mex sighed, and calmed down a little. 'My mother told me that I was born because she had a vision. A vison of a boy being born in another world. What if that boy she had a vision about is the one? I'm an adter-product of a glorious vision.. Besides, my father and mother both hail from the Youkan realm, if anything I should be treated like trash.' 'Mex, dearie..' Felma stood up, and laid a comforting hand on his shoulder 'It doesn't matter where you were born, or where your parents come from. It's about the actions you take as you're living life. Live a life you want your childeren to be proud of. Make them say ''My father was the saviour.'' Just like you tell us about your parents in shame, you can make it into their pride.' Mex pulled his shoulder back. 'I don't feel like discussing this.. Maybe tomorrow.' 'And after that, I left. Nothing special to show me here, lady.' Mex shouted at the voice that was controlling his mind. 'Not quite.' it replied. 'I simply can't allow you to leave! You must think about us as well. About the future of our entire kind! Please stop this teen nagging, and do as you're told.' Mex turned around, and felt something crawling up his back. 'I shall not do as I was told! You all just sit here, and claim me! Trying to make me fit in a spot your god has left in the universe. I am not that god! He should be cursed, he should have left me and my mother alone! If your life depends on a filthy crossbred like myself, you're all royally done for! Don't pin the disappearance of your god on me, don't pin his position on me, and last but not least, don't take me for anything i'm not! I don't want to have anything to do with his place, or with any of you. I'd rather laugh, and watch this world born then live this lonesome life, it's nothing but torture! Never have I ever been giving the freedom to choose what I want. Everything I do must fit in these little boxes you present me. Have you ever thought about that?! I don't think so. I'm done. I'll be at home, if you still have faith in your worthless god, you can pray that I don't slit my own wrists when I get there!' Filled with rage, he left the council be. As he left, Lo-fu spoke to Gantius. 'Please keep an eye out on him, don't let yourself be seen...' 'I don't remember saying this.. why don't I remember?

After roaming around for a little while, Mex decided that it was a good plan to go to his own place, perhaps there was a reason that he was still here. 'There must be a reason why this person keeps me here, what is she trying to show me? This was all pretty recent, there is nothing that would strike me as curious.. Yet.. That was what I thought about my last conversation with the council.. I would never do that, would I?' Mex looked at his wrists. Somehow he could feels his veins pound. He quickly looked away, and saw where he was going. 'There it is.' Just before him, he could see Past Mex walk in. But, just as mex wanted to follow himself, Gantius appeared. 'Stupid kid, I wish we could just leave him be. He's always so arrogant and annoying... Ugh.. I have to do as Garlox ordered us back then.' Mex shrugged, but kept his eyes on Gantius who was hiding behind the bushes as Mex went in. 'Lucy?!' He heard his past self shout. Just as Mex went through the door, he could see the other Mex run out to the kitchen. 'Lucy..? Yeah, I miss her..' Mex calmly followed his past self, and saw himself soon enough be trapped in a situatuin that he remebered as clear as day. Intrigued, he sat down on one of his own kitchen chairs that still seemed familiair, even when he hadn't sat on them for quite a while. 'I wonder if anything had happened in the past weeks when I was gone..' He stroke his hand over the paper that was laying around. Nothing exciting ever happened, until that fateful day. 'P-please. You can't do this to me! I don't even want to be the saviour!' Mex looked over his shoulder, as he saw himself pray for his life. It did nothing to him. Knowing that he would live the life he's living now, he had nothing to fear but salvation. As he looked out of the window, he could see Gantius stressing. 'So much for the protection, huh?' Mex's attention was drawn to a hard bonk on the door. It seemed like he had attempted to kill Lynch. 'And then you get stabbed. Nothing new.' Mex said to himself, waiting for Lynch to strike with a dagger held above his head. 'No, this can't be!' Mex frowned, as Lynch bowed down over past Mex. 'A heart attack?! What kind of saviour would have a weak heart like that?' He quickly turned Mex around, and grabbed a spoon from the counter to hold against Mex's nose. It appeared that he wasn't breathing. 'Not just now! How will I tell this to my master? Wait.. There is one more thing..' Lynch grabbed the soul dagger out of his holder, and stabbed him. It didn't seem to be activated, so he tried once more. And again, and again, and again. Mex's body was drained, blood going everywhere. Insanity filled his eyes, as Lynch tried to complete his task at any choise. 'He.. Didn't kill me?' Mex was still watching Lynch stab the hell out of Mex. 'S-stop! Right there!' Gantius had stepped in. Seeing Lynch made him pretty nervous, he was a powerful being with a great tactic mind. 'Is that how you speak to someone holding a knife, and stabbing someone?!' Lynch stood up, his dagger in one hand, the other pointing at Gantius. 'Please! I mean you no harm.' 'You have to understand that I don't buy that from you, don't you?' Gantius lowered his bow, and held his hand above his chest. 'What has done has been done, but we can both benefit from this.' 'How would you benefit from losing the war?!' 'We don't lose the war. It's just a bit harder for us now.' Lynch shook his head. 'Seems like a good reason to kill someone.' 'You don't see the value in this, do you? What Mex had wasn't special. We should trust him being our hero? He was hopeless. His tactical skills lacking. We had to fear for his life for too long. No Mex, means no worries for us. We can focus on our skills, prepare for war in a more.. Decent manner. There is no place for rookies like him. Now, go. But leave everything be. I'll take cover for you.' Lynch questioned his new grown alliance with Gantius, yet he had to report back to his leader at once. Every second was precious. 'We never met.' Lynch spoke, as he dissappeared.

Both had fled the scene, and Mex was left alone with nothing but questions. 'Was I really nothing but a bother? I.. Didn't want to be this important, but I also didn't want to be this much of a burden to anyone.' Mex closed his eyes, and put his fists against his head. 'Why is everybody turning around me like that!' He could feel one of his wrists being cuffed down. 'What the?!' He stood up, and looked around. He was in an empty courtroom, or so he thought. 'It's so nice to meet you two.' Across from his, Zavid and Mex had appeared. 'How can this be!' Mex pulled his hand, but the cuffs were too strong. 'And look at that, You're even cuffed down.' Zavid tried to laugh it away, but his arm was cuffed as well. 'Are you.. Me? Where is Garlox?' The Mex that was standing in the middle, held a gavel in his hand. 'Garlox left a long time ago, sir.' It was only until later that Mex had realised that he was talking to another him. 'No.. That can't be.. I was just there with him.' 'Lies!' Mex shouted at the one standing in the middle. 'He left when he recued me and my mother, there is no way that you have seen him until recent!' Middle Mex lowered his head, and saw the situation he was in. He was forced to choose a side. 'This was where Garlox had warned me for, there is no grey area.' 'What are you all yapping about?! God? The only god is my master back in the Youkan Realm.' 'The Youkan realm is full of lies and cheaters!' Mex spoke as he tried to free himself from the cuffs. 'It seems like you don't know your own world very well at all, Mex. You're acting like you haven't been cheated on? Thanks to your friend Gantius, I can live, and I shall bring victory.' Mex shook his head, as he held the gavel against his cheek. 'We're all Mex, but we aren't. Atleast, you two aren't. I am the original.' Mex's eyes widen, as he looked at Mex that was standing in the middle. 'You're.. From the vision? You are the reason why I was born. You put me in all of this!' Mex tried to break free, and take matters into his own hand, but he couldn't. 'My mother put you through all of this. Mex, ever since you were born I have been played as your puppet. You couldn't know, you can't be blamed. But I have seen your actions, I have heard your thoughts.. I have felt your emotions. Something tells me that I should root for your side, but I can't.' Mex growled, and raised his voice. 'What do you mean?! It's good against evil, there is no reason to pick evil!' Mex shook his head, and pointed his gavel towards Zavid. 'Zavid on the other hand, is also a puppet. Garlox has told me all about it. He of all people should know how I feel. Mex,'  He spoke as he put his gavel down. 'You've put something together for me. Something that I hadn't realised until you said so.' Mex backed away slowly, as he heard himself speak like that. 'What was it that I said?' His veins were pounding once more, ready to pop.' 'Perhaps.. I am the saviour? After all, I was born before you. I have all your emotions, all your memories, until you died. Feelings I did not agree with, feeling I despised having! From now on, I will choose a side, and that side will be my own. Your god, hopeless. Your people, clueless. It appears a new god has to step up. And that god will be I, decider of fortune, balancer of faith. King of the faithful meeting, hei to the throne of god. Mex, I shall lead your people-- our people. But only for my own cause! I shall be what people had expected from you, what you were asked to do.. I shal fulfill your prophecy. As you have taken my life so many years ago, I'll take it back from you.' He banged the Gavel on the desk and shouted; 'Case closed!'
