In a world, so far away, yet so close you could almost touch it. Three souls wander in between. The good, The evil, and the lost. All three have to suffer a fate decided from the start. A simple wish for the flaps of a butterfly to be delayed, causing a forgiving gust of a true reset. Three souls, dangling between good, evil and curiousity about what the other side is like. He who is always good, will be trempled. He who is always evil shall be hanged, and he who is curious is doomned to remain in doubt. 'What cruel god would allow such a painful journey?' A boy, once representing a powerful instrument of war, torn into pieces. Yet, a single question crosses their minds. 'What if I was never a whole?' The protector, the accused, and the blind judge all have their part to play. A courtroom would never function without any of the pawns missing. A judge will fall for the lies, the accused will be slaughtered with facts, and the protector has no purpose in a world that is willing to mold to it's every saying. 'What is this purpose, what is this journey worth?' A side that is willing to admit their flaws, will never be in honor ever again. 'I'm sorry.' The protector sighed. 'In this world where lust beats love, where greed beats trust, there is no place for me.' A protector that was unable to provide evidence, had his case shut down forever by a faithful accident. 'Please, understand.' An Accused that was unable to defend himself, lays out flat in the mind of a young woman, who was still smiling when forced to worship a false god. 'The choises are infinite.' A judge says in the mind of the mad man, sentenced to spend his life unable to balance between what is good, and what is wrong. A god high in the sky is pulling at the strings, or so he speaks. What he does not know, is that his strings are being pulled as well. It's an infinite loop of power, yet no one can tell you anything. In a world where chaos rules, not even one string can be traced back to the person who's pulling. The only result will be the infinite doubt, a knot in the brain that can't be fixed by trying to pull everything your way. Someone has to give in, has to try to make it better.

The door of Lynch and Youkala hadn't opened yet. It was far too early for anyone to be awake yet. But, there he was. Vector was halfway cleaning his armor. 'Hey, don't you need to.. Ehm, sleep? LIke any other normal person?' Vector looked over his shoulder, and saw a messy looking Cedilia looking at him. He couldn't quite tell if she was looking sleepy, or just staring out of her eyes with the same dull look. 'I've already slept, a true protector doesn't need to rest his body, only his mind.' Cedilia sighed, and lowered her head in drowziness. 'Well, that means I have to get up as well, thanks for that.' With her pillow still tucked away underneath her armpit, she joined Vector at the somewhat small diner table. 'Not that I care this early on the day, but didn't you need to talk about something?' Vector barely looked up from his suit, but knew that he had to. 'Yes, I do, actually.' He quickly laid the last hand on his suit, and started to dress himself. 'The guy I brought in, Lynch, he.. Had a good point yesterday.' Cedilia had put her head to rest on the wooden table, and could only keep her attention for a little while longer. 'Yeah, what about it?' As Vector has finished dressing up, he sat down back at the table. 'Don't you think Queenly is getting too powerful?' He crossed his arms, and awaited a witty response from Cedilia, but the only thing coming out of her mouth was a loud snore. 'Cedilia!' Vector whispered loudly in her ear. 'Eh!' her head looked messier than ever, but atleast she shounded awake. 'Don't do that ever again, will you?' Vector frowned at her. 'I thought we were having a conversation.' Cedilia started to stretch her legs, and yawned. 'Fine. Back to the topic at hand, you know my feeling towards that. If we just get invested a little, but not too much, we'll be fine. It's too dangerous to stop her now.' He shook his head, and placed his feet on the table. 'But what if? Who knows what'll happen if she takes a disliking to one of us. Even together with the others, we don't stand a chance.' Cedilia took again a seat at the table, but could only look famished at the loafs of bread that were standing on the counter. 'Hey, Atleast I think we're safe here. She's too focused on Cheopia to even think about one of us. And we all know that she can't attack that place because of the magic.' Vector shook his head, and pulled his legs from the table. 'Somehow, I feel like we're being too short sighted about this.'

'Hey, wake-up. Mex, please.' Mex rubbed his eyes, and was slightly surprised that February had woke him. 'What?' She seemed to be trembling on her knees, something was off. 'Queenly is here!' Mex's eyes widen, and he jumped right out of bed. 'S-she's here?!' Mex quickly started to dress himself, and stuff a piece of old bread down his throat.' 'Open up Mex, I know you're in.' February was hiding behind Mex, as he opened up for Queenly. Surrounded by a dozen of guards she stormed inside. 'Well, this place sure got smaller.' She snapped her fingers, and the guards would follow her inside. 'Mex? How have you been?' Queenly clearly made herself at home, as she sat down and eyeing the empty mug that was standing on the counter. 'Don't you treat your guests?' Mex shook his head. 'I'm sorry, most guests announce their arrival.' Queenly let out a shallow luaghter, while holding her hand against her mouth. 'Please dear, you could hear me parade towards your house from miles away. But, luckily i'm not here for your high quality.. Herbs.' She stood up, and pushed the chair behind her. 'I'm here for those Big, juicy.. Good looking.. Brains.' Mex could feel February's hands become colder. 'I'm sorry, you already know my plans. Don't you?' Queenly shook her head, and got closer to Mex. 'No darling, as you can see I have.. Quite grown in arms. I don't want to fight for days, play it safe. I want Cheopia to be in my grip as soon as possible.' She snapped with her fingers once more, ordering the guard to lay out the world map. 'We have raised over 25.000 units, that should win us a day or 2, right?' Mex didn't even move an inch. Even with Queenly breathing down his neck. 'I-i'm sorry? Are you saying that we should sacrifice lifes for you to enter Cheopia earlier than planned?' Queenly laughed again, and shook her head. 'You're the guy with the brains, Dazzle me with it's thickness.' 'P-please.. Queenly and friends?' Mex turned around, and saw February with a bright blush on her face. 'I-is of nu use, Cheopia too strong! Will end be of story.' Queenly clenched her raged filled fists, and walked over at February. 'What are you hiding from me?!' February felt too emberassed to talk, she didn't want to sound uneducated. 'P-please think of curse. Is bad! Very much dead.' Queenly shook her head. 'Well, even if that made sense, I'm not impressed yet.' February backed away shyly. She didn't want to make a fool out of herself any further. 'Mex, impress me.' Queenly pulled the wooden pieces out of her pouch, and threw it on the ground.
