"Hey sorry I'm late" you said sitting down next to Brooke "no one expects you to be on time" Audrey hissed at you as she looked up at you through her hair that was partly covering her face "charming, tell me did you find the stick that's been shoved up your ass the past few days?" You gave her a happy smile while everyone looked between each other confused at you and Audrey's sudden hatred for each other
Noah let out an annoyed sigh, knowing he had to go through the same shit yesterday. "You would know about things being shoved up your ass, wouldn't you?" She shot back
"Guys" Emma said trying to keep her voice calm as she looked between you and Audrey. Brooke was pinching the bridge of her nose while Noah had his head in his hands, Kieran looked confused as always. "Fine" You threw your hands up in surrender
You thought about what Jake would be doing in this situation he would probably be smiling like an idiot because of the 'girl fight'. You weren't paying attention much the only thing you could pay attention to was Audrey's camera sitting by Noah's bag
You needed to get a hold of that camera
"I need something salty, besides Audrey attitude" you snapped making her scowl at you "Noah can you go get me a bag of peanuts" you asked handing him a five dollar bill "yup" he got up from the couch and walked over to stand in line "Im gonna go stand with him" Audrey got up and walked over to him
That worked better than expected
You made sure they weren't looking before you quickly grabbed her camera and shoved it in your bag Emma gave you a confused look you put a finger up to your lips shushing her. Audrey and Noah sat back down and Noah tossed you the bag of peanuts "while I love being insulted and sitting with someone that completely hates me, Im gonna go" you grabbed your bag and walked away not before catching Zoës eye you waved at her, her returning a small wave
Brooke starting laughing once you excited the store making everyone look at her confused "Whats so funny?" Audrey asked raising an eyebrow at the blonde "the sexual tension between you guys is ridiculous" Brooke giggled one more time before taking a sip of her coffee
"Wha- no" Audrey stuttered leaning back on the couch "yeah okay" ----- "Good morning cutie" you greeted Zoë at her locker as she rummaged through it "morning" she said with a little smile "what you looking for" you asked leaning on the locker next to hers "my little pin that goes on my collar I left it in my locker and don't know why I would" she uttered now looking through a little hand bag "I left my bracelet at the coffee shop and when I went there to look for it, it was gone" you said rubbing your hand around your bare wrist sadness taking over your features
"I can buy you another pin" you spoke trying to keep yourself from getting upset "no it was kind of one of a kind my grandmother gave it to me" Zoë said her voice softening "sorry" she shook her head and shut her locker
"Have you talked to Noah yet?" You nudged Zoë with your elbow making her smile "no I have not" she remarked you scoffed "whats going on with you and the little famous Lakewood group?" Zoë questioned you sighed and leaned your hand above the lockers "I don't know I'm kinda getting away from them and trying to spend more time with you, which I think might be a good thing"
Zoë widely smiled "I like you you're a really good friend so if you need to do that thing where you changed the subject to get out of doing something. That's totally fine" You announced giving her a nod she gratefully smiled at you
"Go talk to him now!" You playfully shoved her towards Noah as he stood at his locker down the hall, his usual partner in crime no where to be seen which meant it was the perfect time Zoë nervously shifted on her feet before taking a breath and walking down the hall to him
You laughed slightly before walking over to your locker and unlocking it. "The grow up so fast" your books plummeted to the floor at the sudden voice you spun around almost smacking your face on the open locker door, coming across a snugged face Audrey, her pride screaming from the smirk on her face
"Whore, you did that on purpose"
"Yeah I did" she confirmed arrogantly leaning on the locker next to you. You rolled your eyes and bent down to pick up your books but couldn't help but bite your lip at the way Audrey's jeans hugged her hips
"I actually came over here for two things" Audrey spoke you stood up putting your books back in your locker "mean comments and awkward long silences?" You questioned slamming your locker shut Audrey rolled her eyes she reached her hand into her back pocket to grab something
She reached her hand out and grabbed yours placing something cold into it you opened your hand and saw the gold chain. "My bracelet" you said looking up to Audrey "yeah it fell off your wrist"
You but your lip "thank you" you spoke she nodded and smiled a little "do you wanna go to the carnival with me?" Audrey asked the nervousness in her voice being very clear "yeah" you quickly replied not like last time

Audrey tilted her head and raised an eyebrow at how quickly you responded "o-okay" she stuttered before turning around but not before hitting her shoulder on the wall behind her you chuckled at her clumsiness. She innocently smiled and patted the wall before taking off quickly down the hall .....
