You hadn't seen your dad in 3-4 years he didn't look any different except the beard, you knew you looked way different. He looked you up and down and nodded "mom raised you right"

"You look better with a beard" you pulled the diner open and walked in finding a booth and sitting down on one side. He smirked and followed you in sitting in the booth opposite of you. He took his leather jacket off and you did the same "Can I get you some drinks to start off?" The waitress asked politely "I'll just have a coke"

"I'll have the chocolate milkshake" you said with a smile she smiled back and walked away "you still ordering milkshakes?" He questioned "still making em too" you uttered. You used to help Fiona make the milkshakes when she worked here. "You telling me you work in a diner now too?"

You nodded "look y/n we left off on a bad note and I can't tell you how happy I am that you called" He admitted looking at you for a answer "you know when you weren't being an alcoholic you weren't a terrible dad" you announced, he slightly smiled "and I called because I've almost died twice since we moved away and I figured I might as well know you now if I'm going to die a third"

Surprisingly he didn't look shocked "I know about the murders in Lakewood y/n. And I know you were involved, all of Beacon Hills knew"

"I figured" you snorted and looked down shaking your head "Here's your coke and milkshake" you nodded at the waitress and she walked away "how's your mom?" Your dad asked taking a sip of his drink "she's probably a mess after I broke out of a hospital everyone down in Lakewood thinks I'm dead"

A smile formed on his face "you broke out of a hospital and came to California?" He laughed "if that's not south side worthy i don't know what is" you smiled "I got you something" he said still with a smile on his face "and I think after hearing that you deserve it"

He grabbed a leather jacket and handed it to you. You took it and opened it, the jacket had a wolf on it and 'South side' stitched on the back "just cause you don't live here anymore, doesn't mean you can erase your history, wolfs don't leave their pack so easily"

Wolfs were a big thing on South side well a big thing in Beacon Hills in general. It's like how Lakewood has murders , Beacon Hills has wolfs. "It was your mothers in high school" he said watching you admire the jacket. You finally looked up at him "thank you"

"I'm sorry about that night. I take the blame for theirs death y/n but I want you to understand that I'm not like that anymore. After your mother moved in with Claudia and took you and Dustin with you I got help and got away from all the drinking. When you and Dustin moved away I realized how serious your mother was about leaving and I tried to get into contact with you but Beth would not let me"

You drank your milkshake and listened "where do you live now?" You questioned "right where Ive always been" You smiled for a second at the thought of your old house, the house you grew up in and all the memories there

"You still with that one girl? What was her name Malia?" You licked your lips and shook your head "she's dead dad. Long story"

He made a 'O' shape with his mouth and nodded "well you got anyone new?" You smiled and looked down at your hands at the thought of Audrey "I know that look" he chuckled

"Her names Audrey" you proudly said looking at him he nodded "bring her to come meet me sometime"

You laughed and nodded "finish up your milkshake I got something to show you"
