SCENE 2: Alex's desk. Alex packs her stuffs. Saw a pic of her and AJ sa drawer nya - way back when they were still in college. Starts to reminisce ulet.
Memory 1: College days, sa org tambayan while AJ, Alex, Anton and rest of the berks nag-aaral para sa mid-term exam, delivery flowers for Alex which turned out from AJ
Memory 2: Tambay sa UP Sunken Garden, Alex drawing some drafts while AJ playing frisbee with friends
Memory 3: Basketball game ni AJ, got injured and Alex to the rescue.
Boss: *handling an envelope to Alex*
Alex, I know this is not much. I specifically asked the office for this as an additional bonus for being the most hard-working architect that I have in this firm. This is one of the hard times and I'm sorry for everything. I know you're a good architect and I wish you nothing but success. And oo nga pala, remember the Macau project na ilang buwan nateng pinagpuyatan?
Alex: Yes po.
Boss: It's starting to become a reality!
Alex: Talaga po?!
Boss: Yup! And they are finally starting the construction next week. So, even if you're not working here anymore, I want you to still be part of it until matapos, kasi project mo yun. I will always update you every now and then.
Alex: Salamat po Sir Reynald.
SCENE 3: Alex is now an official tambay. Magulo ang house. Just watches telenovelas, answers puzzles & crosswords, started a jigsaw and left halfway finished, reads all her unfinished books & mangas, drinks her favorite canned ginger beer, rolls on the wooden floor, takes a nap, etc., except CLEAN.
SCENE 4: The next day. She decided to go to the mall to buy Valentine's gift for AJ. Bought a watch and a card.
SCENE 5: At home ~~
Alex writing dedication on a card and tediously wrapping the watch. Excited for tomorrow.
SCENE 6: It's Valentine's Day!!!
Dahil medyo mahangin, Alex wore her hoodie & cap matched with her faded ripped jeans, white sneakers and black layered cotton shirt. She rode MRT to Makati, went to AJ's unit but he's not home. She then went to his office but his secretary said he's out for a lunch meeting. She tried to call him but he's not picking up until phone went dead and he's already unreachable. She sat at the building's main lobby for a while hoping AJ would come back anytime soon from his meeting. But he didn't show up.
She decided to chance him at the Ortigas office. So she took the MRT again, got off at Shaw station and walked her way to AJ's office. Front desk said he's not in. On way back sa MRT station, habang malalim ang iniisip, a familiar blue heavily tinted car suddenly drove past her.
Alex: *to self* Parang kotse ni AJ yun ah.
Crossed the road na abot tanaw ung blue car. When~~
Taxi driver: *busina*
Rob: *rolls down window* Miss! Magpapakamatay ka ba?
Alex: Ay sorry po.. sorry!
Rob: Tirik na tirik ang araw nananaginip ka!
Alex: Sorry na nga diba! Andami pang sinasabi
Taxi leaves.
