Saturday, the guys went to do some overtime work - Anton, Josh, Alex and Rob. Midday, Josh already left because he's seeing some of his UK friends coming over for travel. Hindi na sumama si Alex because she still needs to do some for her QueSci and Kapitolyo clients. Rob was still there so he was thinking of ordering food para sa kanila.
Rob: Hey guys what do you want for lunch? Pizza good for four or Mexican?
Alex: Ah, just for three lang. Josh already left.
Rob: Oh--
Anton: I'll go for Mexican! Can we have Nachos to share tapos burrito each?
Alex: Yeah, sounds good.
Rob: Hmmm.. Why don't we just go out and have lunch there? Para fresh ung nachos and all. What do you think? Then balik nalang later? Unless--
Anton: That's a good idea! Taralets!
They went to Agave in Bonifacio High Street and even had drinks in the middle of the day!
Work-mode back at the office, and dahil medyo antok na, Anton thought of making himself coffee from the pantry. While he was away, Rob and Alex had a break and were laughing together at a Youtube video from Anton's laptop.
"Is she your girlfriend, Rob, anak?"
Nagulat ang dalawa sa pinanggalingan ng boses and when they turned, Rob saw that it was his Mom.
Nagyakapan ang dalawa~~
Rob: Mom, why are you here?!?!
Mom: Ah, your Dad has an urgent business meeting so we'll be here for the next two to three weeks. We left Sophie at my sister's so we need to come back soon.
Rob: So Dad is also here?!
Mom: Yeah, somewhere in Makati. Aaaannnnd?!
Rob: And what?
Mom: You haven't answered me. Is this why you were never interested to all the dates I've been setting you up lately? Because of your girlfriend? *points to Alex*
Rob: *puts a hand on Alex's shoulder and pinched her a bit* Yeah, she's my girlfriend! Mom, this is Alex. Alex, meet my Mom...
Alex was lost for words and just smiled while Rob's mom hugs her. And Anton, who just got back from the pantry with his cup of coffee, stood there frozen while hearing all of these things (;*^_^*;)
