Alex's POV =)
I finally had a break from Uni today, consedering that it was a Saturday and luckily I got today off because today is Maria's 18th!
Calum said something about a dinner which is good because most of the party's that I have been to lately have been out of control drinking parties.
"Alexandra get up" Bec yelled and I groaned.
"Why, the dinner doesn't start till 5"I sighed pulling the covers up over my head.
"Yeah but it's like 3 now" Bec said and I rolled over onto the floor.
"Bring me food please" I begged and Bec rolled her eyes and headed down stairs into the kitchen. I grabbed my phone and checked Facebook, tumblr, Snapchat ect.
Bec came back with a bowel of cornflakes and a tea.
"There you go teenage queen" Bec said with a smirk and I let out a laugh.
"Thanks Rebeck" I said with a grin and she rolled her eyes. I ate while she had a shower and then Bec was done.
"Showers all yours dude" she said and I nodded and headed in. I washed my hair and dried it until it was completely straight. I wrapped a towel around me and went back into my room to get ready.
Bec already had her dress on and I was starting on her hair. I found the dress that I was going to wear and went back into the bathroom to put it on.
It was a white lace sleeveless shift dress with a cut out in the middle and it went around mid thigh and it was from Topshop.
"BEC WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY HAIR?" I yelled from the bathroom.
"NOTHING IT LOOKS GOOD STRAIGHT!" she yelled back.
"OK THANK YOU!". I got started on my make-up as well which was just my normal make-up plus some extra things like a bit more mascara even though I didn't need it.
I went back into my room and put on my gold sandals, my silver love heart necklace and pearl earrings. I put everything in my brown Effie satchel including Maria's present which was $50, a new phone case and some new nail polish.
"In case your wondering Luke is at Ashton's house getting ready" Bec said getting all her stuff together.
"Oh ok, righto" I said and Bec smiled. We headed down stairs, said goodbye to Will and Rosie. We got in my car and drove off.
"So where is this place?" I asked Bec.
"It's The Rosier on Hamier street" Bec said and I nodded. Our drive consisted of blasting One Direction and screaming at the top of our lungs.
"I sometimes seriously wonder why I have a boyfriend sometimes" I said as we parked my car.
"True that" Bec said and we burst into a fit of giggles. As we headed inside we saw a table with blue and white balloons in the middle and saw Maria standing with Calum. She looked absolutely gorgeous.
"Mdizzles, happy birthday gorgeous!" I said running over to get a hug with her. Maria grinned as I pulled her into a hug.
"Thanks Ally!" Maria said still smiling as I handed her my present. She put it down on the table and then I asked Calum to take a photo of us. I put the best one up on Instagram.

Next to arrive was Michael and Adriana. Adi was wearing heels which hardly ever happens.
"Oh my gosh Adi, heels?" I asked with a wink and she gave me a sneaky rude finger.
"I was feeling particularly short today" she said sitting down next to Michael and I let out a little laugh.
"Of course Luke and Ashton are late" Bec said rolling her blue eyes and right on queue they walked in.
Luke was wearing black skinny jeans , a plain white singlet with a short sleeve denim shirt over it and his trade mark full black Vans. He looked absolutely amazing. He went and gave Maria her present and said happy birthday, then came and sat down next to me.
"Hey gorgeous" Luke said to me and I giggled.
"Hey Luke" I said kissing his cheek and he smiled.
"You look beautiful" he said and I smiled, going bright red.
"Well you look amazing" I said he he smiled. We ordered our food around 10 minutes later. I got a chicken pasta thing and a ice-tea.
"Now we are just waiting on Alex and Luke to be 18" Ashton said with a smirk and I rolled my eyes.
"At least I'm not 20 in 7 months" I said with a smirk and there was a chorus of 'ooooos' around the table.
"Please don't remind me" Ashton said and we all laughed. Our food came 20 minutes later and it was fabulous.
"Who's idea was it to come here?" Luke asked.
"Mine" Calum said with a mouth full of food.
"I praise you, this place is fucking great" Luke said and Calum grinned.
"Why thank you Mr. Hemmings" Calum said with a grin and we all burst out laughing.
"I don't think Calum is going to get any more formal then that" Maria said giggling.
"Alrighty guys calm down" Ashton said and I had to eat a bit of my pasta to try and not loose if. It's a wonder that we haven't been kicked out yet.
After all our plates and glasses had been taken away, Maria started to open her presents.
"Why does mine have to be last?" I asked with a pout.
"Because you are the youngest" Maria said with a smirk and I sighed.
"Then that's more of a reason for me to go first then!" I exclaimed and she rolled her eyes, opening Ashton's present.
When the time came for Maria to open my present I walked over to her chair and stood behind her.
"I really hope you like it" I said nervously. Maria gave me a smile and then she opened the present and her face broke out into a huge grin.
"Aw Ally, I love it thankyou so much!" she said standing up and I smiled. Maria pulled me into a hug which I gladly returned.
Soon after presents we had cake, my favourite part. It was a double chocolate cheese cake which said '18' in white icing in the middle and man did it look good. It tasted even better.
"This is like Jesus in a cake" I said finishing my mouthful and everybody let out a laugh.
"Well that's one way to describe it" Luke said with a grin and I giggled and continued eating.
After we had finished eating we talked for a little while longer and then we all decided to go home. Luke and I thanked Maria one more time and then left in my car.
"That was such a cute dinner" I said driving off. Luke laughed and I raised an eyebrow.
"Is cute you're favourite word?" Luke asked and then it was my turn to laugh.
"I don't know man, I guess I just find lots of things cute" I said putting on Ed Sheeran softly in the background.
"Do you find he cute?" Luke asked with a slight grin and I giggled.
"You are the cutest of them all" I said with a smile.
Luke's POV =)
Once we got back to Alex's house it was only 10pm so we left for the movie store.
"People are probably staring at us right now and thinking, why are they dressed up and going to the movie store" Alex said giggling and holding my hand. I laughed and kissed her cheek.
"You think of the most random things sometimes you know that, right?".
"I know" Alex replied simply.
"Sometimes I wonder what goes through your pretty little head sometimes" I said as we neared the movie shop. Please don't let Josh be working there or I'll shoot someone. Probably him.
"It's a mess up there" Alex said quietly but I don't think I was supposed to hear that. Once we entered the shop my breath hitched in my throat. Josh and Jayce were working there.
"Hey guys" I mumbled under my breath.
"Hey Luke" they said in unison and Alex dropped my hand and walked over to them and gave them both a hug.
"Relax Luke, please" she whispered in my ear and I rolled my eyes. How am I supposed to relax when 2 guys that are clearly into my girlfriend, one of them being her ex are in the same room as us.
"What movies do you want to get?" I asked changing the subject.
"Um Grown Ups 1 & 2!" Alex said with a grin and I laughed. Despite having to grow up faster then the rest of us, Alex is still a little kid at heart.
As we went to hire out the DVDS, Alex grabbed a shit load of chocolate and popcorn and placed it on the counter. Jayce and Josh raised their eyebrows and so did I.
"Thanks guys" I said as we left.
"Thank you boys" Alex said with a smile and she took my right hand in her small left one. We left the store, me breathing a sigh of relief.
"Glad that's over" I mumbled under my breath. Luckily Alex didn't hear me. We headed back to Alex's house in a comfortable silence, occasionally exchanging a few words.
Once we got back we headed up stairs and Alex went straight into her bathroom. I placed all the stuff down on her bed and took off my jeans, shows and shirt. I looked around on the floor for a pair of my trackies (sweats) and I eventually found some and I put them on, taking off my white singlet.
Alex came back out make-up free, her long blonde hair in a pony tail and she had on some plain white pj shorts and my American flag singlet.
"Hey, I was wondering where that was!" I exclaimed and she giggled laying down on the bed.
"You left it here ages ago and it's really comfy" she said and I smiled and kissed her cheek. We put the first movie on her TV and got underneath her covers. My arm was draped over Alex's body and her head was resting on my bear chest.
"How long until you leave for tour?" Alex asked quietly and my smile disappeared from my face. I don't want to have to leave her behind but I know I will have too.
"7 months, one week after I turn 18" I said with a sad smile.
"So we have 7 months to do stuff together?" Alex asked and I nodded, kissing the top of her head.
"Maybe you'll be able to come on tour, who knows" I said with a grin and I saw Alex's cheeks rise which meant she was smiling too.
"Maybe I will" Alex said softly and I gave a soft smile.
