Heartbreak Girl: Luke Hemmings

Chapter 34

Alex's POV =) 

Luke and the boys have band practice today, which resulted in me being bored and alone. I looked at the weather on my phone and saw that it was going to be 37 degrees. I think I beach trip is in order. 

I had no one to go with though. Bec was doing family shit, Adi was working and Maria had a family lunch. I scrolled through my text messages and stopped on a group conversation which no one had texted in since September last year. The people in that conversation was Josh Mills, Jayce Campbell and Tassier Lucks. 

To- Josh, Jayce and Tassier :) 
HEY GUYS! Do any of you wanna come to the beach today, I'm really bored and about to die and I don't want to go in my pool so one of you better come with me or I will die D: xx 

From- Jayce 
Ahaha sureee, around 11? 

From- Josh 
Yeah I'll see you there, what time though? 

From- Tassier
I'll be there :) 

To- Josh, Jayce and Tassier :) 
Be there at 11, see you soon guys! 

I really don't care that Luke doesn't want me hanging out with these boys, they are my friends and I can hang out with who I like. I understand that he is a bit cautious of Josh since we used to date but there is nothing wrong with Tassier and Jayce. 

I eventually rolled out of bed and went to my wardrobe to pick what to wear. I put on a mint green bikini top with matching bottoms that had a frills round the edge, a white singlet which had a black 'U' on it, dark wash denim overalls and black low Converse. I put my hair in a high pony tail and put my sunglasses on. I put my towel, phone ect in a beach bag and then left. 

I stopped at this really cute breakfast cafe called 'Sofia' for some food. 

"Hey what can I get you?" the girl asked with a small smile. 

"Um can I please have an egg and bacon muffin and a chocolate milkshake?" I asked. Wow, so healthy.

"Sure, have here or take away?". 

"Take away please" I said and she nodded. I handed her my money and then waited. I sat down and waited for my food to come. It came 10 minutes later, then I left. 

I had All Time Low blasting all the way to the beach. I was singing along like a mad man so I probably received a few weird looks. 

Once I arrived at the beach I saw a familiar blonde hair boy with a nose piercing. 

"Jayce!" I called getting out of my car and he smiled when he saw me walking over to him. I'm not going up deny it, Jayce is pretty attractive. 

"Hey Ally, how are you?" he asked pulling me into a hug, his tall frame towering over me. 

"I'm good, how are you?" I asked letting go of him.

"Good!" Jayce said with a smile and then we waited for the other two. Josh was next to arrive, looking half asleep his brown hair standing up in every direction. 

"Jesus Josh what did you do last night?" I asked with a wink and he groaned. 

"I did an all nighter talking to Eloise" he mumbled sitting down next to me and I laughed. Eloise is Josh's sister living in England, she is lovely. 

"Are you sure you were talking to Eloise or?" Jayce asked with a smirk and I burst out laughing. Josh rolled his eyes and then Tassier arrived. 

Tassier is 6'2 with messy brown hair and dark brown eyes. He hasn't been in Sydney for a while, due to some sporting competition for trampolining in the USA. 

"Tas!" I called out and he smiled his crooked smile at me. I put my bag down and ran over to him and pulled him into a hug. 

"Hey Ally" he said hugging me tightly. Tas and I have been friends since forever. I met him in reception and then we kinda just clicked. 

"I've missed you Tas" I said letting go of him. 

"I've missed you too" he said walking over to Jayce and Josh. They said their hellos and then we headed towards the beach. 

"Wait up guys" I said before we reached the sand and they all stopped. 

"I bet she wants to take a Instagram photo" Josh said rolling his eyes and I laughed. 

"That's exactly what I'm going to do and since you so kindly offered, please take a photo of Tas and I" I said handing him my phone. I placed my bag down next to Josh and stood on the small brick wall next to Tas.

He put one of his arms around my waist and I did the same to him, both of us with slight grins on our faces. 

I thanked Josh and picked up my bag and put one of the photos on Instagram.
