Alex's POV

1 week until Luke leaves for the tour. One week left with my boyfriend until I see him god knows when. My heart aches knowing that with Uni and work I won't see him until he comes back to Australia, which is the last leg of the tour this time next year. I rolled over to see Luke still sound asleep, so I slipped out of bed and headed for my shower.

It was the dead middle of winter so a shower was possibly the only thing in the morning to wake me up. The hot water fell on my body as I stood there, my thoughts consuming me. Luke and I haven't spoken about what is going to happen to us. I assume we will break up, as much as I don't want to and I want to try distance, not seeing your boyfriend for a whole year whilst he is away, interacting with hundreds of other girls. But what if we don't break up and he ends up cheating? That would be worse than breaking up, knowing that he got that sick and tired of not having you around, that they had to find another girl to replace you with.

I eventually got out of the shower, drying my hair and dressing myself for the day. When I went back into my bedroom Luke was finally waking up.

"Morning sleepyhead" I said sitting down next to him. He rubbed his eyes and gave me a smile.

"Morning, what time is it?" he asked sitting up and kissing my cheek.

"9:30".

"AT NIGHT?" he asked sarcastically and I rolled my eyes.

"Dumbass" I said with a laugh and he poked his tongue out at me.

"Hey don't be rude" he said getting out of bed and heading to the shower. I headed downstairs and began to make breakfast, which consisted of our standard bacon and eggs since we actually had some food in our house for once with our Mum being home.

Luke came downstairs 10 minutes later, his hair still wet but fully dressed. I am truly so lucky to be his girlfriend, everything about him is mesmerizing, from his smile to his morning voice.

"Looks good darling" Luke said coming up behind me and wrapping his arms around my waist as I finished cooking the eggs. I smiled as the warmth of his body engulfed me. I don't know how I'm gonna live without this. I served up breakfast whilst Luke made himself a coffee and myself a cup of tea.

We ate in silence, due to the fact we were incredibly hungry and freezing cold as the house warmed up. Everyone else was coming over around 11am, and by the time we finished eating breakfast it was 10:30. We cleaned up and before we knew it, the familiar sound of Ashton Irwin was ringing through the house.

"Good morning my children" he said pulling me into a hug which I reciprocated. Everyone else was behind him and we all headed into the living room where I flopped onto one of the couches with Bec.

"So what are we doing today?" Adriana asked.

"I have no clue, any ideas?" Calum said. Everyone shook their head and we all groaned. The weather was an issue, as its freezing and raining.

"Well I am taking Ally out at around 6, so whatever we do has to be finished by then" Luke said and I raised my eyebrow at him.

"Well that's news to me," I said with a laugh and Luke gave me a smile. We ended up just watching movies and playing board games, ordering a pizza for lunch. It's days like this I will miss the most when the boys are gone.

Everyone left at around 5:30, and Luke and I left straight after. We got into his car and drove off.

"So where are we going?" I asked Luke as I turned on the radio quietly.

"It is a secret," he said with a grin and I groaned.

"You know I hate secrets," I said.

"No you don't, you just like to know what is happening all the time" he said with a laugh. I nodded in agreement. We drove for what felt like ages until we reached a familiar spot which made me smile. The place where Luke asked me to be his girlfriend.
