Solemn music started playing and Carmela Romualdez went to the stage.
"A wonderful afternoon, fellow Ahrens." Nakangiting bati nito. "121 years ago, darkness and bloodshed was caused by Katahas which compromised the peace of the world. Fortunately, there's us - the Ahrens, who stopped them before it was too late. Most of all, there was Benedicto Romualdez, the first chosen Ahren who has the power to bring Katahas to obsolescence and to secure the safety of humankind.

Ladies and gentlemen, let us greet my grandson, the chosen Ahren, Ysrael Lucas Romualdez, a happy birthday as he turns 21 today."
The Ahrens were all smiles. They rose from their seats and gave Yael a round of applause.

Yael felt overwhelmed but happy. All his life, he wanted to end the existence of Katahas and bring peace to the human race. Nalalapit na ang digmaan ngunit tiwala siya sa kanyang kakayahan, sa kanyang mga kasama, at higit sa lahat, sa Panginoon.
All the elders of their kind stood to face the rest of the Ahrens.
One of the male elders asked Yael to kneel and close his eyes.
Yael felt the elder's hands rest over his head. All the Ahrens raised their hand, praying for the chosen Ahren.
"Ysrael Lucas Romualdez, the chosen among humans with angel blood, lead us in this journey for peace and safekeeping of the world. Katahas may be more powerful but with our strength, unity, and faith in the Lord, we will reign against them. As you gain your full strength and powers tonight, know that we are with you. May the Lord bless you with courage and stronger faith always."
Yael felt as if fire was burning inside of him.
It was so warm, and he feels more strengthened as ever.
