Steve's POV.
Steve felt cold. His ears slightly rang. He couldn't see anything. It was completely dark. He felt as if he was laying on cotton. He furrowed his eyebrows. Was he dead? Then he heard a distant sound of a radio and distant cars. Okay so he wasn't dead. At least he didn't think he was.
He realized his eyes were closed. He tried to open them, but couldn't. He tried moving, but couldn't. Finally he tried to open his eyes again and he succeeded. His eyes fluttered open. He saw a ceiling fan. He furrowed his eyebrows again.
He sat up gradually, his muscles aching and his eyes slightly burning from the light. He turned his head to the radio. It was playing a baseball game. And it happened to be the baseball game he had gone to 4 years ago. Where was he? He looked around the room. He was in a hospital room.
The door opened. A young lady stood in front of him smiling. "Good morning." She looked at her watch. "Or should I say afternoon." He saw the pin on her shirt that said SSR. Steve looked at her with a confused face. "Where am I?" He asked. "Your in a recovery room in New York City."
Steve looked at the radio and listened again just to see if he was mistaken. Just then a player hit a home run. The announcer said the exact same thing he had said 4 years ago. It was the same ball game. Which meant she was lying about where he was and who she was. Had he been found by HYDRA?
