Today is Althea and Jeremy's first month of their death. A month after we had the vacation at the ancestral house. There will be a small family gathering today at Lucy's house. We will go to the cemetery first then on their house afterwards.
Everyone was settled now in their seats in the van. We only bring one van cause it suits us all.
"Ready to see your Mom Alistaire?" I asked as she was sitting on Jason's lap. She asked me this morning if Althea was still alive. She thought that we're going to heaven. But i told her that we will just go where her Mom is lying at.
"Yes Mommy." She lean on Jason's chest.
The rest of the drive going to the cemetery was full of talking about the Christmas and other stuffs that we will be doing this Christmas vacation. Dad will be home by that time.
Alistaire, Jason and Lucy go to Althea and Jeremy's grave. While our family stayed inside the van. They need some family time. Jason was carrying Alistaire on his arms and Lucy was just in her deep thought. I played on my Ipad as we waited for them. Mom was just on her phone and the others too did the same.
"Sandy. Come here. Sit beside me." I said as i turn to my back to see her. She nodded then get up from her nanny's lap. She quickly made her way towards me.
"What do you want for Christmas?" I whispered to her. She smiled then hugged me.
"Just to sleep with you again, cause i miss you Steph." She make a sad face.
"You sleep on my room later okay?" She nodded. I put her on my lap and hugged her tight.
"Another barbie for this Christmas, is that okay for you?" I giggly said. She nodded.
Sandy and I continue to talk to each other as we wait for Jason's family. She told me that she's a little jealous about Alistaire. I make it clear to her that Alistaire was my daughter. Of course she asked me how did i have a daughter without even pregnant. I explain it to her and seems like she still not understand it.
"Sorry to keep you waiting guys." Lucy said as she entered the car. Jason and Alistaire was behind her.
"It's okay. Come on now." Mom mumbled. Jason sit beside me and put Alistaire on his lap. I saw Alistaire was looking at me cause Sandy was on my lap. The car start to moved as we all settled down.
"Are you okay baby?" I kissed Jason's forehead and touch his face.
"Yea." He smiled
"Sandy can you kiss Jaja?" Sandy nodded. She get up carefully from my lap then reach for Jason's cheeks.
"Look at your daughter baby. She's jealous." I whispered on him. Looking at Alistaire she's frowning and didn't giving us attention.
"Yea, beause you didn't greet her when she entered the car." Jason softly laughed. She's still frowning. Her hands was on her chin and didn't bother to looked at me.
"Sandy. You go back to your nanny huh." She nodded. I kissed her cheeks. I carefully turn around and put her on her nanny's lap.
"Are you mad with Mommy?" I whispered on Alistaire. She looked at me then ignored me. She has an attitude.
"Okay. Don't sleep beside me and don't kiss me okay?" I teased her but i said it in a serious tone. I lean on Jason's shoulder and hold his hand. Alistaire remained stiff and still ignoring me.
The ride to Lucy's house seems so long. Traffic along the highway. As we arrived on their house, we quickly get inside their house cause it's raining hard now.
"Let's have lunch now." Lucy said. We all made our way to the dining room. Alistaire was still ignoring me. She's really jealous with Sandy. I sit on the stool beside Jason and on my right was the bratty Alistaire.
"What's that smell?" I said loudly as the maid put down the foods on the table. I don't know, but i don't really like the smell of those sautèd thing. All of them just looked at me. I get up from the stool as i covered my mouth and nose. I think i'm going to vommit. I rushed towards the bathroom and thrown up at the sink.
"Stephanie. Are you okay?" Mom asked as she tapped my shoulder. I continue to vommit but there's nothing with it.
"What's that food Mom? Can you please remove it in the table?" I wiped my face with a tissue that Jason handed me. I get up from the sink and get confused as they all looked at me as they stand in the bathroom door.
"What?" I snapped.
"Did you already have your period?" Lucy asked. My period should be by the end of last month, it's now first week of December.
"Not yet. I should have it by the end of last month based on my regular cycle Mom." I said as i remember. Mom and Lucy squealed but i stay stiff.
"Come on baby. Sit at the living room first." Jason guide me through the couch. He asked for water and some tablets for headache.
"Are you okay now? You feel what?" He asked. Alistaire was with Lea as she approached me.
"I don't like that smell baby. I'm sorry." I hugged him tight. He kissed the top of my head and released me from the hug.
"Mommy. Are you okay?" Alistaire touch my forehead then kissed me.
"I'm okay honey. You continue eating. Go with Lea." I said as she sat on my lap. Jason quickly remove her on my lap and carry her on his arms.
"You'll eat okay? Mommy will be there. She's just going to rest." Jason said. Alistaire nodded. He give Alistaire to Lea and they made their way to the dining room. Mom and Lucy was now approaching us with a paper bag.
"Stephanie. Are you alright now?" Lucy asked. I nodded as i was still leaning on Jason.
"Honey is it okay for you to have some test?" Mom said. I was confused about this, test about what?
"Test?" I mumbled.
"Pregnancy test." Lucy smiled. A pregnancy test? My gosh. Am i pregnant? That's why i'm delayed and feeling this thing?
"Now?" They nodded. They give me the paper bag. I glanced inside the bag and saw many pregnancy test boxes. They told me the instructions and the things to do.
"I'll wait you here. Whatever the result is, i still love you." Jason whispered to me. I nodded and peck a kiss on his lips. I made my way to the bathroom. This is it. I'm going to test if i'm pregnant. Gosh! I'm nervous and everything.
I did all the procedures. As i wait for the result, i sat on the toilet bowl. Come on i'm excited with the results. I wait and wait and wait. As my timer beeps, i closed my eyes before looking at the pregnancy test.
Two lines.
I gasped and smiled later on. I opened the door and they quickly approached me.
"Honey what?" Lucy asked. Mom looked at me and waiting for my answer.
"Baby. Come." I pulled Jason towards their garden.
"What baby? Come on. I'm excited with it." He said with rambling words. I smiled then hugged him tight.
"I'm pregnant." I smiled as i whispered onto him. He released me from the hug then looked at me.
"Did i heard you right? You're pregnant?" I nodded. He shouted "wooh!" and continue to jumped in excitement. Mom and Lucy quickly approached us as they heard Jason's shout.
"Stephanie. What happened?" Mom smiled. I waved to them the pregnancy test and they both jump for excitement.
"Guys. Just chill okay?" I smiled. Mom and Lucy hugged me. I saw Alistaire was now walking towards us, maybe she's done eating.
"Mommy!" She shouted and pulled out from Lea's hand.
"Why princess? Something's wrong?" I said as i bend a little. Jason carry her in his arms quickly.
"Mommy can't carry you. What do you want Alistaire?" Jason smiled to her. I hold her small hands as she keeps on touching my face.
"Sandy told me that she'll sleep with you. I don't like Mommy!" She kissed me then wrapped her arms on me.
"Just for tonight. You'll sleep with me too don't worry." I smiled at her. She shook her head then frowned.
"I don't like. Please Mommy." She begged. Mom get Alistaire from Jason and she talked to Alistaire cheerfully. Alistaire was so moody.
"Baby. I don't know what to say." Jason whispered to me as he wrapped me on his arms.
"Are you happy with this?" I said as i turn around to face him.
"Is there any word that can describe me other than happy?" He smirked. A tear is forming on his eyes. I wiped it quickly and kissed his eyes.
"Alistaire will be happy with this." I smiled.
The rest of the afternoon seems to be so long. Alistaire cried for a million times because she always said that she don't want to sleep next to Sandy. We will stay on Lucy's house tonight, Jason insists about this. Dad already called me and his really happy for me.
"Night Baby. I love you. I'll be the best Daddy for Alistaire and this little kiddo here in your tummy." Jason rubbed my tummy then peck a kiss on my lips as we laid on the bed. Alistaire was on her deep sleep. She slept about an hour ago. Sandy didn't sleep with us because i sleep at Jason tonight.
"You are the best on Alistaire and i know you'll be the best too with this. I love you so much Jason." I rubbed my nose on his. He cupped my cheeks and rest his forehead on mine.
"Look at this girl baby." I giggled and point at Alistaire. She wrapped her arms on my waist, but she's really sleeping.
"We'll tell her tomorrow okay?" I nodded.
"I'm sleepy now. Your promise baby huh?" I yawned. He promised me that he will buy me pineapples for tomorrow cause that's what i am craving for.
"Yes. Just rest okay?" I nodded then closed my eyes.
This is the start of something new for us. Well, we do have Alistaire, but this time i'll be having another child too. I think it's better if we move out to our own house. It will be a great christmas for me. Jason and Alistaire was here and this little kiddo will pop out soon. Can't wait for it.
