Stephanie Lim and Jason Red Nuptial
Lim and Red's Ancestral House
6:00 pm, May 16
Two huge clear top tents was set up near the shore, one for the wedding ceremony, the other was for reception area. An extravagant white floral arch waiting for me down the aisle, green lace flower designed covered pillars with amaranthus on top, place in each corner of the seats.
That's all i can say, because that's the only thing i can see as i stand here outside the tent, waiting for the whole entourage to finish their walk.
"Are you okay princess?" My Dad said beside me, holding me firmly. Once Dad and i met on my room a while ago before this ceremony, he cried his everything. I try to control my own emotion, not to ruin my make up, like what i said, i tried. Daddy told me his wonderful, unexpected speech a while ago while waiting for this moment.
"You're still my princess even if Jason stole you away from me, i will never get tired of giving and showing my love to you Stephanie. If he made you cry, i already told it to him but i want to say it again, i will cut his balls."
That really made me cry.
"I'm fine Dad, Jason's there, right?" He nodded, giving me a light hug which is good.
Tents doors was close, i know it's my time to walk down the aisle. I sigh so deep, even my intestines feel it. Dad holds my hand, squeezing it, giving me the comfort that i really need.
When the doors open again, a song entitled, "the gift", started to be sing by one of my favorite singer. This is it.
We started to walk and once my foot step inside the tent, a warm feeling hit me. Nervousness, excitement and happiness was the only thing i can feel now that i'm walking down the aisle. Almost three hundred people was here, sitting on the emerald seats that was really comfortable. Media was located at the back, which is good that they are not making any noise.
Walking seems to be so slow and agonizing, hell, i just want to meet that man, standing between his best men. On my left side, i give my Mom and the rest of the gang, a smile, smile that i know will never fade. Three meters more Stephanie.
This is the feeling that i really want, i can feel the love in the air. The song was still being sing, but once it stop, i was already facing Jason.
He was wearing an emerald green three fourths shirt, a cream colored vest and a dark green bow tie. His face that looks so fresh, his smell that even if we're inches apart from each other, i can smell the masculine perfume of his. He really looks good and hot tonight, i jut want to jump on him, attack him with kisses.
Dad loose his hold from me, putting my hand on Jason. A familiar connection hits my whole body, his really my destiny and my soulmate. Jason was the right man for me.
The program started which is really a blur for me. The priest says his lines loud and clear in which it just pass on my left ear then to my right. Everything around me was nothing now, besides this man that's holding my hand.
JASON'S POV
"The couple have their personal vows.. Stephanie will you?" The priest asked. I notice Stephanie's face, she's not nervous but she's excited, it's draw on her face.
Stephanie sighed then turn on my side to look at me. A while ago, the moment that his Dad gave me her hand, i was beyond relief that finally, she's with me.
She look stunning on her wedding dress, her back in which i have notice when she walk before me, it has criss cross straps but it's barely there because of the thin kind thread that used there, the way that the layers of her long fluffy gown falls, creating a simultaneously light and heavy effect, she looks like a princess. Her hair was pull up, with diamond studs and her make up, she's so natural.
"Baby, I believe in you, the person you will grow to be and the couple we will be together. With my whole heart, i choose you acknowledging and accepting your faults and strengths, as you do mine. I will be yours in plenty and in want, in sickness and in health, in failure and in triumph. I will dream with you, celebrate with you and walk beside you through whatever our lives may bring." She sigh, but this time she's crying.
"Dad, he's making me cry." She softly laugh, turning around to see her Dad, causing the guests to laugh at her words. I reach for the tissue paper in front of us then touch her cheek, getting her attention, then wipe away her tears.
"You see guys, his sweet, right?" Stephanie laugh again, it was like the best sound running in my ears, her laugh, her voice, she's my everything.
"But seriously, you turn my life up side down. Mr. Jason Red gave me two wonderful kids, our adorable monsters that keeps on making us laugh and stands on our decision. Decision that we're really good together, that we're meant to be. It's another chapter to our lives baby, no matter what, i will always love you. I loved you, i love you and i always will." Her vows, that's it, it makes me cry. I thought she was done with her vows, but i'm wrong, she move closer to me, looking up at me meeting my gaze.
"Keep on being an amazing man." She tap my chest with her soft fingers, which sends me a different meaning. Oh, i want her now.
"And now, your turn Jason." This is it, my vow for this woman in front of me that i really love so much.
"Stephanie, the day that i met you i knew you were the one for me. I am so happy that we are here today to show our love to one another and share it with our loved ones. I always dream of having a perfect partner, but you have gone beyond all my dreams. You make me whole, you complete my life. There are no words good enough to tell you how much i love you, but i hope that you can feel it in your heart. I am honored to have you in my life." Sighing and noticing her eyes, that's about to cry.
"Before, i thought that my dreams will be just dreams, like, a wife waiting for me at home after work, kids running on the garden, calling me "daddy", but you make it real. Now, here i am, father of our two kids, that i'm really proud of having." I let my hand control it's own mind, it gently caresses' Stephanie's hand, then squeeze it.
"Everything was perfect because of you, baby. I never felt this feeling before, feeling that i'm stuck with you forever." Words slipping out from my mouth was true. I'll be having a great wife.
"This is the start, we'll laugh, cry, grow and create memories together. I love you so much, i love you." After my vow, Stephanie was really crying hard, same as my Mom, they're ruining their make up.
Program went on, i was left stunned in each and every action in which i can't clear on my mind. It was like your watching a movie that excites you most, but your fond of the person watching beside you, yes, it was like that.
STEPHANIE'S POV
Once our celtic knot diamond and emerald wedding band was placed on our finger, it's clear now, that i'm not single anymore.
"I now pronounce you husband and wife.. You may now kiss the bride." Really? Our wedding program was on it's last part now?
Without any word, Jason cupped my cheeks then planted his lips into mine. First kiss from my husband. It's official and sealed.
Cheers and claps are the one that you can hear on the background, but it's not stopping Jason that still kissing me, okay, i'm kissing him back, i miss him, that's why.
As we pull out from the kiss, our official photographer, media and friends take their photos. First shots was only Jason and i, then next the whole family, next Jason and i with our kids.
I love how my girl friend looks like. They are all wearing a strapless bust emerald green dress, with that lacy shoes. While Jason's friends, are all wearing their fine suits matching his cream vest.
As we walk, going out from the tent, Jason never leaves my hand. People around us was just smiling at us and giving us their claps and congratulations.
"This way mam, sir." We need to have some retouch first before the reception, so that the guest can have their places on the recetion area.
We both sit on the couch inside the living room, where our kids were there. Our parents was not on the scene, for sure, they are entertaining the guests. Even my friends and siblings wasn't here too.
"How are you two guys doing?" Jason asked, as he get Alden from Anna. Alden looks so adorable, because his wearing a little suit like what his Dad is wearing.
"Are you enjoying it princess?" He continue as he cooed more our kids. I've never been so happy in my life.
"Yes Daddy." Alistaire claps her hand and make her body sway, as if dancing. What's Alistaire's wearing? Of course, the little version of my gown, except the back details because it's too daring.
"Honey, you follow what Evelyn is saying, alright?" She just nod her head then move on my place.
"You're pretty Mommy and i love you so much." Just a sweet comment coming from my lovely daughter.
"I love you too, and you're beautiful, princess." As if on cue, the same people that guided as here to our living room, pick us up and walk with us to the reception tent.
I was holding Alistaire on my left hand, while Jason was carrying Alden on his right arm, waiting for the tents door to be open and for our turn.
"Let's give a round of applause to Mr. and Mrs. Red, with Alistaire and Alden."
Mr. & Mrs. Red, beyond greatful and honored to hear that.

And they got married, next will be the reception and the things they do before the wedding, the preparation.
