POV Helena

June

June 17, Sunday afternoon. I finish painting another painting with a landscape. I look at the picture and smile briefly, but, my heart is not happy.

The painting I finished painting is to sell in an art gallery in central London. The gallery director and curator liked my two paintings that they managed to sell earlier. And now I finish painting one more. Previously to this, I painted a child in the lap of a mother, who also goes to the gallery.

I look at my painting and all its color contrasts. I feel someone touch my waist and kiss me on the lips. Bri is in the apartment and hands me a cup of tea.

"I made tea for us." I hope you enjoy. He smiled at me.

- Thank you my love. I finally finished painting the picture, "I told him, and took the cup of tea.

Bri took his cup of tea and looked at the smiling painting.

"Beautiful work, my love." He smiled. "His picture is divine, just like the last one. I'm sure it will sell quickly in the art gallery.

"I suppose I do." I smiled at the mint tea. "I've made some decent money by selling the pictures, the beauty pageants." When I finish my degree in Fine Arts, I will do Masters Degree and I believe that in a few years I will be making a lot of money with my paintings.

- Surely you will make lots of money. You're smart, my love. Bri said, sitting down beside me. "You make me very proud. I love you more and more.

"I love you, more and more, my guitar hero," she said, kissing him on the lips. - Is there a forecast when Queen's album will be released?

"July thirteenth is the date they gave," Bri said. "Freddie, Deacy, Rog, and I have taken more photos for the album.

"How's your relationship with Roger?" I asked, sipping my tea.

"Roger does not talk to me, just the essentials, related to the band's rehearsals, or to the photographic essays. I miss the friendship I had with him, that's the truth, Helena, "said Brian, very sad.

"I know how much you consider Rog as a brother." But, he does not want it anymore, unfortunately. He should forgive us, "he said sadly." I miss him too, his friendship. You still exchange a few words in rehearsals, but, he will not talk to me. He ignores me and it hurts me deeply.

"I'm sorry this is all happening, Helena. And Clare, how have you treated you? Asked Bri.

"Clare and I are still friends, but I realize she's in a bit of a grief about me omitting her brother, about us," I said, looking at him.

Bri hugged me and I caressed his soft curls.

"Freddie was right. He told me not to play with his feelings and Rog's. At the end, Rog was hurt once more, but he should understand our love. She said in annoyance.

"Helena, the Rog will never understand. Never, "Bri said, her eyes filled with tears. "Unfortunately we have lost our friend and must think of our happiness, my love.

Tears run down my face and I lean my head on Bri's shoulder.

I've called Rog's apartment a few times, but, he always hangs up the phone in my face and I always cry.

The next day, after college classes, I took the two pictures I painted for the art gallery. I took the pictures from my car and showed them to the director and the curator. They loved it and put it up for sale. Seeing the other paintings exposed the art gallery, I thought of Rog automatically. He liked to see works of art with me and ask questions about the painters and the meaning of each painting ...
