Chapter 59: Its ok to cry.

"Ok so I really want turquoise, lavender and white to be the main theme!" I say to Liam who doesn't want those colors.

"I don't know babe those are just so girly and you've already made the cake retarded like"

Oh. No. He. Didn't.

"What'd you just say?" Oh yeah. I got my sass on high right now.

"Sorry but I haven't had much say in this at all."

"Well if we can have my colors, what do you want the cake to look like?!" I say and he pulls out his phone and starts looking for something before handing it to me.

I look and I see a six layered cake. One side white with adorable decorations and the other side is black/blue and with fondant sky scrapers and building completely black with yellow where the windows are and right in the middle, the batman symbol. I really hate to admit it but I'm in love with this cake.

"You like it?"

"This is the most coolest and awesomest cake ever!" I squeal.

"YES! Can we get it?" He sticks out his puppy dog lip.

"Well duh!" I exclaim and he envelops me in a hug.

"Ok so the brides maids dresses will be white and turquoise. Or white and lavender? What do you think?" I say scribbling things into a piece of paper.

"Why don't you mix it up? Do some white and turquoise and the rest white and lavender."

"Liam." I say cupping his face in my hands "You little genius" I say and lightly peck his nose and we continue on with wedding plans.

This is going to be amazing.

"Yeah...I guess I can meet you." I mumble into the phone.

"Great! I'll see you here Gracie!" My dad says.

"Ok *sigh* bye" I hang up and walk back into the living room. Liam am see the tension in my face.

"What's wrong baby?" He says and I go sit down next to him and snuggle up close, he places his arm around me and kisses my head.

"It's dad. He-he's finished. He's finished with the house Liam. He wants me to come see b-but I'm scared. You know what happened last time, I couldn't handle it."

"Listen to me, you're strong remember? For me, it makes me sad when you're sad, please. And as for last time, it's probably because it was the way you had it before, they way you left it. But it's ok now, it'll be as good as new."

"No. It can't be good as new, it never will be! Why is he trying so hard to fix these little thing?!" I scream clutching Liam's shirt.

"Cause he loves you, he wants to be you're dad again and he's trying to gain you're trust. You're just not letting him have it."

"Liam...He hurt me." I say, my voice cracking.

"But he's trying to heal you. Gracie I've done everything I can to make you forget, but you're not going to, that was you're life. Just please let you're dad help, let him fix it, let him fix you"

"Why are you always right?" I chuckle trying to keep from crying.

I'm done with it. No more crying. No more running. I can do this.

"Cause I'm you fiancé." He smirks.

"I'll be back later, Liam. Love you!" I say putting on my jacket and grabbing my keys.
