Chapter 53: Babysitting Rose

Gracie POV

I wake up in a strange bed

I turn over and I'm face to face with Liam, us both laying on our sides facing eachother

I remember after yesterday he invited me to stay the night and to move in with him

Of course I said yes I mean DUHHHHH

"Hey babe" I say but he doesn't move so I tap his shoulder but he still doesn't move so I give him a quick kiss on the lips and his eyes pop open and I giggle and sit up, stretch and put my feet on the floor and as I stand up he grabs my arm and pulls me back into the bed and presses his lips to mine

I break the kiss on accident whenever it all of a sudden gets cold "You cold babe? You're shakin" He says "Na it's fine" I tell and pull the covers up over my neck and he grabs them and tries pulling them away from me "No Liam it's cold!" But right after I say that the covers are thrown across the room "Go get that" I say "Looks like I'm the only thing here that's warm" He says and winks "Ugh I hate you" I say and he grabs me by the waist and pulls me up to him and I bury my face in his tee shirt and he wraps his arm around me and kisses the top of my head

"I love you" He says "I love you too" I say "And just think, yesterday we were fighting" He says "Yeah...let's not talk about that" I say and we start kissing again

All of a sudden I hear a thud coming from the living room

"Liam" I whisper pulling out of the kiss and grab onto his arm "What?" He asks and we hear the thud again "Liam" I say in a scared high pitched voice "Stay here" He says getting out of bed "Be careful" I whisper and he grabs a baseball bat from his closet "I love you" I whisper "Love you too" He whispers back and goes and stands at the door and looks down both sides of the halllway and decides to go left

After he leaves I notice a shadow forming on the right and it gets closer and closer

I grab the lamp from the night stand and sit up in the bed

Just then a little girl with dirty blond pigtails comes running in "Glacie" She says and I set down the lamp and she jumps on the bed and onto my lap "Rose!" I say and lay her on her back and tickle her stomach "You scared me! And my name is Gracie! Not Glacie!" I say just as Pete, Luke and Liam walk in "She has a small speech problem, we're working on her with it" Pete says sitting on the edge of the bed next to me "How the heck did you guys get in?!" I say "Door was open. Nobody came when we knocked. We decided to scare you!" Luke says "Rose, this is Liam!" I tell Rose as I point to Liam "Leeeeeeam!" Rose says and gets off my lap and runs to the end of the bed and bounces on the edge and jumps into his arms and he spins her around

This is most cutest thing I've ever seen

"So what are you guys doing here?" I ask and Liam sets Rose down and she runs to Luke and he picks her up "We just wanted you to see Rose before we left" Luke says "Left? Left where?!" I ask "We're going to Luke's parents, they live about five hours away" Pete says "But we'll come back tomorrow" Luke adds "Oh how fun!" I say and pull Pete into a hug "I know right! But the thing is...." Pete says glancing at Rose and I know what she wants "We can watch Rose!" I say "How'd you know?" Luke asks "I just know these things" I say "She can just stay the night here too, I've got another room" Liam says "Yeah and we'll be getting my things from Nicole today so it'd be fine! But why can't you take her?" I ask "I don't want to tell my parents about Rose yet, I don't know they'd take it" Luke says "Well we'd be happy to have her!" I say "We have her things in the car in case we had to take her with us, I'll go get them" Luke says and leaves "So your leaving now?" I ask "Yep, I'm so excited" Pete says "Does Harry know?" I ask "Yeah...I told him, he ain't that happy but he'll just have to understand that I'm grown up!" She says and we notice Liam sitting on the floor playing with Rose
