40 weeks

"Charlie settle down baby" Niall coos as he kneels in front of me, I let out another sob as I reach up and grab a fistful of his shirt and pull him towards me. "Shh baby settle" Niall tries to settle me down but I continue to cry.  I have no idea why I'm crying and it's stressing me out. The baby could arrive any day now and it's scaring me.

I don't want anything to go wrong and I just keeping freaking out and I can't stop it. Niall wraps his arms around me and pulls me into his chest hugging me tightly. I hold onto his shirt tighter as I cry into his neck. "Everything is going to be fine baby" Niall whispers into my ear. I nod my head slightly as I let out a hiccup. "C'mon let's get you into bed" Niall tells me softly, I nod and let him lift me up off the bathroom floor and carry me out of the bathroom and over to our bed.

Niall gently lays me down on the bed before laying down beside me and pulled our blankets over the two of us. It was about midnight and Niall had woken up to the sound of me crying and came to check on me to see that I was sitting on the bathroom floor crying my eyes out for no reason. Niall wraps his arms around me and pulls me closer to him. "Go to sleep now babe" Niall whispers as he lightly places a kiss on my head. "I love you" I tell him softly. "I love you too" Niall whispers back before I drifted off to sleep.

"Niall" I grunt as I whack him "What?" Niall grumbles as he rolls over to look at me before he raises his eyebrows. "Why is the bed wet?" Niall questions and I glare at him in response. "get me in the car Niall" It seemed to click in Niall's mind that my water had broken because he jumped up from the bed and ran into the wardrobe where he put on some clothes seeing as he was only wearing his boxers.

I stay seated as I wait for Niall, the pain at the moment was pretty reasonable but it was still uncomfortable. "Let's get you changed" Niall spoke as he rushed over to me, he was now dressed in some sweatpants and a sweatshirt with his shoes already on. Niall also had some clothes in his hands which he placed down on the bed before helping me get out.

Niall helped me strip down from the clothes I was currently wearing before helping me put on some loose sweatpants and a hoodie, not bothering to have anything underneath. "Okay i'm going to pick you up alright?" I nod and let Niall lift me up into his arms before he carried me downstairs as fast as he could without tripping down the stairs. Niall grabbed the bag that was sitting by the door before we rushed into the garage.

Once Niall loaded me into the car along with the bag he started scratching his head. "I feel like we're missing something" Niall said as he looks at me. "Our son Niall, go get Atticus" I tell him as contraction hit me like a brick wall. Niall cursed before running back into the house to get our child. I grip the chair as I squeezed my eyes shut as I tried to calm myself. A few minuets later Niall appeared with Atticus in his arms rubbing his eyes.

My little boy had a diaper on and a hoodie on, that was all. He didn't even have shoes on. Niall put Atticus in the car seat in the back seat before he climbed into the drivers seat and began driving us to the hospital. We've had practice runs to the hospital to find the fastest route. Before I knew it Niall was pulling up at the front of the hospital and parked the car where he isn't supposed to.

Niall jumps out of the car and runs into the hospital not saying anything which made me want to scream at him because he left me. That fucker! Niall soon appeared again with a wheel chair and two nurses behind him. Niall parks the wheelchair outside my door before he pulled the door open and helped me out of the car.

I sit down in the wheelchair as the nurses began questioning me, I tried to answer all their questions but i was little overwhelmed at the moment. I feel a bit of weight on my lap so I turn to see Atticus had been placed in my lap by Niall and he was starting to doze off again. "I'll go park the car, see you soon babe" Niall tells me as he leans down and pecks my lips.
