Niall's secret child

Charlie's POV

"Hey baby" I groan and roll over to see Niall had entered the bedroom with Toby in his arms wide awake, she was happily sucking on her pacifier which brought a smile to my face, she was so precious. "Is Luke still out with Atty?" I question and he nodded his head as he passed over the baby once I had sat up in the bed, I adjust the baby so she was more comfortable before tickling her little feet.

"I have an idea" Niall claims as he takes a seat near my feet "And what is your idea Mr Horan?" I question as I look up at him with a smile on my face. "We are hiring a babysitter tonight, you and I are going out" I look down at Toby as I try to process what he's saying. "I don't know Niall" I say as I look back up at him. "Oh come on, Luke's going out tonight as well and you deserve the break" Niall says as he tries to convince me. "Wait, Luke is going out? I didn't say he could" I say as I begin to reach for my phone so I could tell my brother he couldn't go but Niall grabs my hand and stops me.

"I gave him permission, he deserves to go out with his mates Charlie" I sigh and nod my head, I suppose he deserves to go out with his friends every once and a while, he did need a break just like I do sometimes. "Okay" I agree with Niall's plan making him grin. "Great, I'll go organise a baby sitter" Niall says as he leans over and gives me a kiss before rushing out of the bedroom with a little skip making me chuckle. "your daddy is crazy" I tell Toby with a giggle.

"How's the food?" Niall questions as we near the end of our main meal. "It's great, thanks for bringing me out tonight, I really needed it" I say giving him a smile which he returned, since we got to this fancy restaurant I had noticed that Niall looked really nervous, I questioned him a couple of times but he just brushed me off so I stopped asking but kept noticing that he would fiddle with something in his pocket before gulping, like he was scared about something. The night was going amazing, I haven't felt tempted to call the baby sitter to see how my babies are going, I was having fun. 

An hour later Niall and I had left the restaurant and we were now taking a nice walk through the local park which was lit up by street lights, it was simple but I loved it. We soon reach the playground in the middle of the park and I let out a childish squeal as I rush over to the slide. "you first" I tell Niall with a giggle, we may have had a couple of drinks so it may have brought out the childish side in me. Niall lets out a laugh before climbing up the rope thing that went up to the top of the slide, I begin climbing up behind him, occasionally smacking his butt. 

We soon reach the top of the slide and I make Niall go first, just incase there was a monster in the middle of the slide, I burst out laughing as he let out childish screams as he made his way down, the slide wasn't massive but it was pretty dark so we couldn't see much which made it a little scary. "your turn baby" I hear Niall call out from the bottom of the slide, meaning he wasn't attacked by a monster after all. "Here I come" I call out as I take a seat on the slide and push myself down, I let out a scream as I slide down a lot faster than I had anticipated. 

I soon reach the end of the slide and quickly catch myself so I don't fall over, I look up with a laugh but immediately stop as I notice Niall was looking at me nervously from where he was down on one knee. "Charlie will you marry me?" 

Tears began falling down my cheeks, I try to say something but nothing came out so I begin nodding my head as I cover my mouth in shock, Niall just proposed to me, the father of my two children just asked me to marry him, I can't believe it. A grin made its way onto Niall's face as he jumped up and pulled me into a hug. Niall soon pulled away and slipped the beautiful ring on my finger before pulling me into a kiss. 

Luke's POV

"Hey dude, come do some shots" some guy said as he entered the kitchen where I was grabbing myself a new drink since I had placed mine down and I didn't trust drinking it after that. I let him know I'll be out in a second as I pull my phone from my pocket because he began vibrating letting me know a call was coming through. It was an unknown number but I answer anyways, it could be the babysitter looking after the kids. 

"Hello?" I question as I put the phone to my ear, I listen to what the person was saying on the other end of the phone while I stand there in shock. This cannot be happening, I hang the phone up and shove it in my pocket before running out of the house and into a cab that was parked outside the house, it wasn't for me but I didn't care. I tell them which hospital to go to before I sit there impatiently as I bounce my leg up and down, this really can't be happening, how? why? why them?

The driver soon stops the car at the hospital and I jump out not bothering to pay as I run into the emergency room. "Are you Luke?" the receptionist questions as soon as I run in. I nod my head and she immediately called somebody over to me, it was a doctor who looked at me with sympathy. "I'm sorry Luke, we tried everything we could do. Mr Horan and your sister have passed away due to the extent of their injuries, I'm very sorry" 

I didn't hear much more after that, I could see the doctors lips moving but I couldn't hear anything. My sister is dead? Niall's dead? what's going to happen to Atticus and Toby?
