Luke's POV

"Luke!" I let out a groan as I hear Charlie call my name from her bedroom where she was bathing the kids. I get up from my bed, pocket my phone before walking out and down the hall to her bedroom and into the bathroom. "Yes?" I question as I lean against the wall. Atticus and Toby were in the bath, the infant was in a little seat thing keeping her up while Atticus splashed about but being careful.

"Are you still up for looking after them? I can hire a babysitter if you want" Charlie questioned as she washed Atty's hair. "I'll be fine with them, I promise" I tell her, I knew she'd be worried about leaving them both with me, she knows i, fine with Atticus but I've only been with both the kids by myself once and that was last night while her and Niall had their little backyard date. "Call me if anything goes wrong okay?" I nod my head and grab the towel off the rack when she lifted Atticus out of the tub once all the soap was washed off him.

"Come here little dude" Atticus squeals and walk over to me as I kneel down on the floor and wrap the fluffy blue towel around his small body before ruffling it which resulted in him laughing. I smile and finish drying him before setting the towel back on the rack. "I'll go get him dressed" I inform Charlie who nodded and went back to cleaning the infant who was beginning to cry. "Let's go bud" I say as I stand back up, Atticus took hold of my hand and began following me out of the bedroom and down the hall to his own.

After getting us both ready I lift Atticus off my bed and carry him downstairs and into the kitchen where Charlie was frantically getting ready for her first day back at work since having Toby. "Charlie settle down" I say as I place Atticus down in his high chair right beside Toby who was laying in her carrier on the counter. "I'm trying, I just hope I've got everything and left you enough milk for Toby" Charlie informed me as she stopped for a minuet to look at me with her hands on her hips and a frown on her face.

"I'm sure there will be enough there's like 10 bottles in the fridge" I say as I roll my eyes at her. "Please call me if anything happens" I again roll my eyes but nod my head and agree with my older sister. "Go to work before you're late" Charlie let out a huff before nodding her head. "Okay, I'm off. Have a good day. I love you" Charlie spoke as she kissed all three of our heads before walking out of the kitchen and into the garage. "So what shall we do today little dude?" I question my nephew who shrugs his shoulders.

I let out a sigh and pull my phone out as it dinged to inform me of a text message. Hey you up to anything? I'm having a little movie day with some friends I look up from my phone and stare at the two youngsters I'm in charge of for a few hours and let out a sigh before snapping a picture of the two and sent it via text to Sam. Looking after these two for the day.... A few seconds later my phone dinged again so I open the text to see that Sam had sent me a eye heart emoji with they can come. I let out a little laugh before replying back to say we'll join them.

"Atticus we'll be there soon buddy" I inform the three year old who was wining about having to walk for so long. I mean it has only been ten minuets since we started walking but he does have little legs. "But hurtie" he whines as he looks up at me with a little pout on his face. "Fine" I sigh before halting in my spot. I make sure the breaks were on for the stroller since we were on a little hill and I didn't exactly feel like chasing after it with my baby niece inside. "Come here" Atticus grumpily walks over to me as I kneel down on the sidewalk.

"Hop on my back" the youngster grinned before walking behind me and a moment later I felt him wrap his arms around my neck. "Ready?" I question and Atticus replied with a little "yep" before I stood up with one arm under his bum to support him before I began pushing the stroller down the sidewalk again. We were about five minutes away from Sam's house so it won't be much longer but the clouds were starting to darken meaning it was about to rain. Great just what I need.

Toby was thankfully asleep so I didn't really have to deal with her at the moment which is good because I can't really keep hold of the toddler on my back and keep a baby calm while walking. Before I knew it I was walking up the driveway of Sam's house and sitting on the front porch was Sam and one of her friends Kate. When they both looked up from their phones and noticed me heading their way they both let out excited squeals and starting running over to me. I quickly shushed them as they neared.

As soon as I shushed them and they noticed the baby was asleep they silenced themselves and stopped running as they reached me and the two children. "Come here little dude" Sam said softly as she walked behind me a moment later the weight of the three year old was taken off my back. "Thank you" I say giving Sam a smile as she held onto Atticus "no problem" she said returning the smile. "Let's get inside before this storm hits" I nod and agree with Kate so we all headed up the driveway and through the front door the house.

"You're really good with those kids" Sam spoke as she leads me out the front door holding onto Atticus who was sound asleep from the amount of fun he had. We have been at Sam's all day and it was currently 4:30 in the evening and I had just received a text message from Charlie requesting us home for dinner. "Thank you" I say with a smile as we walk down the driveway. It had stopped raining about an hour ago which was really good because I wasn't going to walk back home with two young kids in the rain.

"Alright ready for him?" Sam questions as we stop at the end of her driveway. I nod and take the sleeping toddler from her and as soon as he was in my arms he wrapped his arms around my neck which made it a lot easier for me. I hold him with one arm before giving Sam a little hug. "Text me when you get home" I nod and give her a smile before I began my journey back home with the two sleeping children.

Fifteen minuets later I arrive back home and take the two kids inside where Charlie and Niall were sitting on the couch watching some TV show and I could smell dinner in the kitchen that was still cooking. "We're home" I inform the two adults who look over at me obviously not hearing me come in the house. "Hey bud, let me help you" Niall said as he got off the couch and made his way over to me. I thank him and let him take hold of the stroller to attend to the baby who had just woken up.

"How long has he been asleep for?" Charlie questions me as she walks over and takes her son from my arms. "About an hour" I inform her "Alright, be prepared for a grumpy child because i''m going to wake him" Niall and I both cringe as Charlie informs us as she heads up stairs to probably get Atty changed after she wakes him. "How were they?" Niall questions me as he lifts Toby from the stroller and cradled her.

"Toby was good, but Atticus had his moments like usual" He nods knowing how Atticus can be, one moment he'll be perfectly fine and then something minor will happen and it'll ruin his mood. I never knew a three year old could have so many mood swings but now I know and honestly it's fucking horrible. "you go get freshened up for dinner" I nod and walk upstairs, as I pass Atty's bedroom I can already hear him making a fuss. I chuckle a little bit and walk into my bedroom and close the door before stripping down to my boxers before slipping a fresh pair of shorts on.

Once the shorts were on I send Sam a text message to tell her I was back home before putting my phone on charge and set it down on my bed before walking out and made my way across the hall to the bathroom where i set my face before walking back downstairs so I could watch some TV before dinner was served.
