Harry's POV

Diana Ross' voice and the smell of cookies was one hell of a way to wake up. I sat up against the headboard, looking around, biting down on my lip to hold back a laugh. I've never felt more content with my life than right now.

My phone rang from the bedside table and I reached over to answer it, it was my mum. I slid my thumb over the answer button and was greeted with her smiling face.

"Don't you look happy, Harry. I'm glad."

"I feel happy, mum. How are you?"

She went on about how Gemma dyed her hair a new color and if she keeps it up she'll be bald by the time she's thirty.

Danny came in, making me shift my attention. He came over to my side of the bed and stretched his arms out, wanting me to lift him up here with me. I told my mum to wait a second while I put the phone down and picked him up. I grabbed the phone and told him to wave to my mum.

"How are you, beautiful boy? Nan misses you lots."

"I miss you too. Come to my house, mummy made cookies." He told her, unaware that she was on a different continent.

"I wish I could, but someone has to keep an eye on Dusty."

"Pop can do it." He said with his finger in his mouth.

"No! We both know he'll end up watching the telly and forgetting about Dusty."

"Umm," He went on, probably thinking of someone else to watch the cat so that she could be here. "Auntie Gem can take Dusty to her house."

At this moment it finally hit me that having them live here, they'd be far away from my mum. Their whole life she'd always been just down the block, this move affects them as well. Maybe she could visit often? I think that'll work, I'd have to discuss it with Ariana as well as my mum.

"Auntie Gem's working, maybe next time, love."

"Please, nan. You always know how to make my tummy better when I'm sick."

"Well, are you sick?"

"Not yet."

He kept going back and forth with my mum until he started to cry. My mum continued apologizing to him and promised to visit, but I had to end the video call when he kept asking her to come over.

I assumed he didn't get much sleep and that's why he was so fussy this morning. I picked him up and rocked him side to side, looking for Ariana to ask her what to do to calm him down.

I walked in to the kitchen just as Ariana pulled out a batch of cookies from the oven. She pouted as I got closer, taking him from my arms. She rocked him, running her hand up and down his back. Suddenly, Mia bursted out in tears as well. I gave Ariana a 'what the hell' look and she just shrugged her shoulders, nodding her head for me to pick her up.

I copied Ariana's actions and asked Mia why she was crying. Through the hiccups and stuttering, she finally managed to say that she was crying because her brother was crying. Okay. All we have to do is get Danny to stop crying for Mia to stop crying.

Ariana sat him in the kitchen counter, when I tried to do the same Mia's cries got louder and she tightened her grip around my neck.

"Why are you crying, bub?"

"N-Nan said she won't come for b-breakfast."

She looked at me and bit her lip, "Remember she said she'd come right before daddy leaves for tour?"
