Wake up

That morning a very loud noise woke me up.

"Where's the fire." I asked as I looked around.

It was mom with a pot.

"Wake up." She smiled as Sydney groaned pulling the sheets closer.

I was just happy I got dressed some time last night.

"Mom what are you doing." I asked not waking up Sydney.

"What does it look like." She said as Sydney's eyes opened a little.

Mom didn't stop and it hurt my ears like seriously badly.

"Mom I have sensitive hearing." I said as she didn't care.

"Wake up Sydney." She said as her eyes opened completely.

"What." Sydney asked covering her head with a pillow.

"You get dressed and you go down stairs." Mom said as she turned to walk away.

I was tired and Sydney just looked grumpy.

"I'm going back to bed." Sydney said as Mom shook her head.

"5 minutes." Mom said as she shut the door.

I left the bed as I went up picking up the clothes.

"Here." I said as I handed her the clothes and she glanced at them.

"I don't want to." She whined as I shrugged.

"If we don't now she'll be back." I said as she took them grumbling.

But did get dressed as she pulled on the way to big for her shirt.

"If this isn't like fucking unicorns I'm going back to bed." Sydney said as I laughed at her and followed her out.

"Agreed." I said as she smiled softly but she walked very slowly.

You could tell she was tired as she trudged along. I picked her up as I held her close to my chest.

"Your too slow." I said as she rolled her eyes but stayed close to me.

"No no." Mom said as she saw us come in.

Almost everybody was awake now and it was 7:30.

"She wasn't walking fast and that's irritating." I said as I set her feet on the ground.

"Well the longer you hold her she will fall back asleep." Mom scolded as Sydney tugged down my shirt on her.

Covering her butt again.

"What's this big thing I have to be so early from." Sydney asked crossing her arms.

"Something big, sorry to wake you your naked highness." Mom said as they gave us a look.

We shrugged.

"What is it." Syd asked as Mom sighed.

"It is the day we are all cleaning the whole house, pantry and everything." She said as the others groaned and Sydney scoffed.
