tyler held his notebook in his hand as he strolled the halls. he held his head low trying to not to get any attention.

when we looked up he saw josh and debby walking towards him. although, josh looked different. he looked tired as he held debby's hand.

he let go of her hand to engulf tyler in a friendly hug. "i need to talk to you." he whispered to tyler through the hug. tyler didn't say anything as he suspected josh didn't want debby to know.

when they pulled away tyler pulled a fake smile towards debby. "well i gotta get to class." tyler stated trying to fill the awkward silence as they stood in the middle of the hallway. "okay." josh waved goodbye to him.

tyler walked down the hall to his classroom. he walked in taking a seat in the back as usual. he sat in class silently until he felt his phone go off in his back pocket.

even though it was on silent his eyes widened, anxious if anyone heard it. after a couple minutes he slowly shifted in his seat, grabbing it out of his pocket. it was a message from josh.

josh: hey, wanna come over tonight to talk?

he hid the phone underneath the desk trying to conceal the screen. he typed a quick 'sure' into messages sending it to josh.

tyler then slid his phone into his back pocket again. now, he has to try and pay attention to the lesson, which is almost going to be impossible. all he could think about was what josh wanted to talk to him about.

:.。..。.:

tyler and josh walked together down the sidewalk, seeing josh's house in distance. "is debby mad at you?" tyler suddenly blurted out.

"um-"

"sorry, just" tyler looked to the ground watching as his shoes met the pavement. "you guys haven't really talked to each other lately. i feel like its my fault."

"tyler," josh stopped in front of his house. he grabbed tyler's hand, rubbing small circles across the top of it. "nothing is your fault." he frowned. tyler weak smiled before josh guided then up the steps to his porch.

they entered through the door as josh threw his bag down on the ground. "i'm home, mom!" he yelled out through the house, making sure no matter where she was she would hear him.

"let's go upstairs." josh insisted, taking tyler's hand and guided them up the stairs to josh's room. when they entered tyler looked around, noticing nothing's changed since the last time he's been here.

"so, what did you want to talk about?" tyler questioned. i mean that was the reason he came over, but he liked being the in company of josh, no matter what or where they were. "oh, right." he remembered taking a seat on his nicely made bed. tyler followed sitting next to him.

"um, so i have a question." josh scratched his arm out of a nervous habit. "okay." tyler grinned, but it was a slightly uncomfortable one, seems how he hated unexpected things.

"what's your, uh- you know, do you like boys or girls?" josh rushed completely stuttering the whole sentence. tyler furrowed his eyebrows letting out a little giggle. "i thought i told you josh, i'm gay."

the words comforting josh in a weird way. "right, sorry." he playing with his fingers. "why? everything okay?" tyler was starting to worry about how josh was acting. he seemed a little, on edge.

"yeah, i- i don't know." josh said discouraged. "hey," tyler grabbed josh cheek bringing his head up so they looked into each other's eyes. "you can tell me anything." tyler's pink lips formed a small smile.

josh couldn't take it anymore. just they way tyler said those words made him melt. and the way his lips were so perfect. he gulped still staring into tyler's pretty brown eyes. he scooted closer to him leaning in, as they were a few centimeters apart now.

"so can i tell you, i wanna kiss you?" josh glanced down at tyler's lips, to quickly bring his eyes back up again. tylers breath hitched when josh closed the space between them. their lips touching. josh placed his hand on tylers face as their lips moved in sync with each other.

the kiss lasted a few minutes, it was slow and innocent. josh pulled away as tylers eyes widened. "you- we just kissed?" he said more as a question. "yeah, unless this is a dream again." josh muttered, chuckling.

"josh," tyler quickly stood up. "you don't understand, we- we just kissed. yo- you have a girlfriend. i-" tyler rambled on, panicking. "calm down, ty." josh grabbed his arms that flew in the air.

tyler had a serious look on his face as josh attempted to clam him down. "i'm sorry." josh admitted. "no, i'm sorry." tyler mumbled under his breath, a tear slightly rolling down his heated cheeks.

"for what?"

"for being in love with someone that's in a relationship.." a quiet sob escaped his mouth.
