tyler strutted into the cafeteria, happily. he's been extra cheerful these past few days, or more like weeks. it's like josh has sparked something inside of him that made him feel, different. but deep down he was just waiting, waiting for it to all start crumbling down. it always does, somehow.

he spotted the yellow haired boy he adored, as he walked towards him. he arrived at the lunch table where all josh and his friends were. it was weird to say that they were his friends also because well, he's never had any.

eventually conversations started forming as tyler shared one with ashley. "so you and josh are together now, huh?" she wiggled her eyebrows suggestively. josh just gave tyler a smirk, pulling him closer to him as they sat on the uncomfortable bench attached to the table. "ye-ah." tylers voice cracked as his face showed the furious blush growing on it. there were numerous amount of 'awe's that followed after, making him cling to josh even more.

on the other hand, across the lunch room stood debby. her face filled with rage as she watched the group of seniors enjoying their lunch break. "you okay debby?" a voice grabbing her attention as she turned around to face the table of jocks. "i'm fine, brendon. just thinking." she squinted her eyes, turing back around to spy on the 'popular table'. the table that used to be hers. "about?" brendon scooted closer to her, wrapping his arm around her shoulder. debby scoffed before removing his arm and jolting up from where she sat. "i'm going over there." she finally stated, leaving brendon in a devious smirk.

debby swayed her hips back and forth as she neared towards the table josh and his friends were at. she finally made it over, leaning against the wooden surface pulling everyone's attention to her. it seems as though the whole cafeteria fell silent right then and there. josh was so bewildered as to why debby was over here. she hasn't came near this table ever since tyler started sitting at it.

debby cleared her throat making josh become even more confused. "hi josh." she smiled, staring down at him as she knew all eyes were on her now. "um debby?" josh looked around wondering if this was all so joke or something. "what are you doing here." he pressed, clenching his jaw harder and harder.

he was so nervous as to what she was going to say next. it could be anything for that matter. as for tyler, he was so shocked, he couldn't even make a noise. even if he could, he didn't want to. this was all new and all that was going through his head was 'why is debby talking to him?'.

"what? i just came to say hi to my boyfriend." she batted her eyes innocently, but we all know there was no angel in the small girl and stood before them. she was all devil.

and there it was. tylers world crumbling to pieces right before his eyes and he didn't even have a chance to pick them up. his heart dropped immediately as he slowly scooted away from josh.

"what?!" josh glared into debby's soul, giving her the most devious stare he could muster as he stood up to his full height. "what! i-are you cheating on me." she huffed, grasping her chest and acting shocked. if she wasn't a 17 year old senior in high school, she could be a fucking oscar nominated actress.

"what the actual fuck are you talking about!? we're no-" josh's face grew red as he tried his best not to snap. debby's death glare dropped as her facial expression softened. she pouted her bottom lip as she glanced over josh's shoulder. "aww poor tyler is crying."

josh whipped around, revealing tyler with tears streaming down his rounded cheeks. "ty.." josh reached for him but before he could do anything, tyler flinched. he shot up from the table, grabbing his backpack and swinging it over his shoulder quicker than he's ever done before. "don't-" and with that he took off running down the cafeteria isle and out the double doors that led outside to the empty field they ate at once.

"you bitch." josh spat bitterly. then he raced after tyler.

:.。..。.:

"tyler!" josh picked up his pace as they ran though the empty baseball field. "stop, tyler!" he called out breathlessly. tyler finally slowed down, resting as he wheezed and hiccuped. he glanced behind him, spotting josh finally catching up. right before tyler was about to take off again, josh grabbed his shirt, tugging him towards him. tyler whimpered under josh's touch as he fought against him, struggling to get out of his grip.

"let me go!" the brunette squirmed as josh held his wrists tighter. "tyler, listen to me!"

"let. me. go." tyler tried yanking his arms away, which only helped his arms feeling like they were being popped out of their socket. "i'll let you go if you promise to listen to me." josh stated as tyler stoped wiggling for a moment. he let out a deep, shaky breath before nodding. josh let go slowly, making sure tyler would stay put.

tyler stared up at the boy stood before him. the boy he was so desperately in love with. tears escaped their confinement, rolling down tylers puffy, red cheeks. "tyler.." josh whispered, going to wipe his tears away. tyler quickly batted his hand away. "don't touch me."

"what is going on, josh!?" tyler frowned, his voice firm but full of sadness. "tyl-i" josh ran his hand through his hair nervously. "i can explain, just-" josh sighed being cut off by tyler.

"actually, i should of known." tyler knitted his eyebrows as he couldn't stop the tears, no matter how hard he tried. "it was all too good to be true. you never loved me, did you? yo-you just" he shook his head before letting out a heart-wrenching sob. "you used me and i- god, i let myself have sex with you- fuck! what is wrong with me!" he hung is head in his hands, sobbing uncontrollably.

"tyler, i loved y- no! i fucking love you. i don't know what she's talking about i- tyler please believe me!" josh pleaded, taking a step closer to the crying boy. tyler shot his head up, tears smeared all over his face. "i don't kn-ow who to believe an-ymore." his hiccups getting much worse as his voice cracked multiple times.

"pl-ease."

"i have to go." the small boy pushed past josh, making his way back to the front of the school, so he could go home.

"t-yler.." josh was left in the middle of the field broken down.
