(Chapter 16)
*Adrian's POV*
I tossled my mocha coloured hair and got into my car. I heard a car door slam shut and looked out to see Kira just pull in a ford with Regan Jayson a junior with grey piercing eyes and countless tattoos. I met Kira's eyes, daring the other to look away first. Yes stupid contest, but hey I admit I got ego problems. Regan noticed our stare off match and rudely interrupted by pulling my sister into a make out session.
Disgusted, I drove out with no destination in mind.

Ring. Ring. Ring.
I picked up my phone. "Hey man, Party at my place tonight. Last day of hols!" Trystan's voice called from the other line. "You're on man...Um...Is Alyssa coming..You know just asking." I mumbled as I took a right. I heard Trystan snicker and I cursed myself for asking such a stupid question. "Yup, I called Syd so I suppose Alyssa will come to.. That is if she's not too busy studying. But hey man, just don't mess with her, Sydney will have my head otherwise." Trystan said. "Yeah yeah! I'm not going to mess with her. What makes you think that?" I teased. "Well you're a sneaky thief. Okay I got to go, see you tonight bastard!" Trystan called and hung up. I rolled my eyes at his friendly name calling.
Why the hell did I want Alyssa bloody goody girl to come to a party, where people got drunk and had sex in the middle of the room?! She was my friend. Not a date or someone I could mess with. Jeez Adrian what the hell is wrong with you? Of course I could mess with her! I'm a bad boy I do what I want.

It was 6 in the evening and I was at Trystan's house early, lying on his bed doing nothing. "I think you like Alyssa." He accused with a smirk. "Ehh. Don't start. I just wanted to have some fun.. You know see her nerdy little attitude in carefree party. I shot back. "Whatever you say sir." Trystan shook his head. The doorbell rang and I could vaguely hear chatter from outside. Trystan saluted and went out to usher the party inside.
