Okay, I feel the need to lighten the mood a bit after the last couple of chapters, so let's talk about how stupid parents are, shall we?
I shall start by saying this: parents are really stupid. But you probably knew that. I actually have a valid reason for thinking this, though.
Chances are, you've seen a self-checkout aisle in the grocery store, right? Those things have taken hundreds of jobs from people. Why? Because machines don't have to be paid. Eventually, the only jobs left will be building and programming these robots. The future is robots and virtual world. Yet these stupid parents are over here telling us to get off the internet and go get a job. Soon enough, the internet will be the only job.
Do you know how much better your chance of being hired is just because you know how to work basically everything on a computer? Waaaay higher than these old-timers who want us to "go outside". What is outside? The future is the internet, not the outernet.
I just think parents are illogical, okay? This is a stupid and random mini-rant, but I know for a fact there's people who agree with me.
