okay so as a kid i always played poptropica with my sister
and we had this account we'd both played on (even though i used it way more than her) and i always used guides and shit by thinknoodles to complete the stuff
and my favourite fucking island was astro knights island
it was this arthur, merlin, camelot type island with secret robots (secret robots sounds weird but what i mean is that the people were people and there were robots that were hidden)
and i remember how my sister and i used thinknoodles's walkthrough to complete that island and i was so fucking proud bc it was one of the hardest islands ive ever completed
and like,, that account had way more islands completed and i think at the time we might've completed all of them
and i remember my dad asking me, "shouldnt you write down your password in case you forget it?"
and i remember me being the cocky little shit i was saying, "nope! i'll always remember it! its--" and i recited it and im pretty sure it was something like puppies then a bunch of numbers after that
but then, the inevitable happened and i forgot it and i was so distraught, and to this day im still pissed bc that account had like all of the cool stuff,
maybe i'll digging around old passwords and stuff on the old computer to see if i can find anything but man, im still pissed at my young self with a "perfect" memory
(i'll always remember that password MY ASS)
and this is why you ALWAYS write down your passwords
