[smut warning]
Draco felt helpless as he sat on one of the couches in front of the large fireplace in the Slytherin common room. Anxiety filled his chest all the way to his head as he could hardly function thinking about Grayson. For all he knew she could still be laying on the headmistress's floor bleeding out, or awake and scared.
He was supposed to be able to protect her through anything, he promised. But why did she have to go and disobey him? He tried for months to manipulate her into listening to him, leaving the D.A. and staying neutral. She just didn't listen and he was furious about it. Grayson was supposed to listen to him, he was her husband- older and knew what was best.
Trying to stop his worrying was futile at this point, playing through his head was the memory of one of the last true conversations and moments he had shared with his love.
-flashback-
"Draco cut it out!!" the young girl giggled rolling her eyes as her husband planted his lips onto her sensitive neck, "I forgive you! How many times do I have to say it??" she was still semi annoyed though..
"Until I know for a fact you're not upset with me any longer. You know how sorry I am."
"Draco... I play a part in this too. You don't need to take all the blame."
"I shouldn't have snapped at you, been so cruel. And I don't want to fight anymore. None of this is worth getting in the way of our relationship."
"But you know it does very much involve our relationship. I mean you're working for Umbridge!" once again Grayson found herself getting worked up over what Draco thought to be nothing. The two maybe should've just stopped talking about 'sides' altogether because someone almost always got angry.
"I'm keeping you safe Grayson!" per usual Draco found himself getting frustrated over the fact she wouldn't budge.
"Maybe I should just go-"
"No." he grabbed onto her wrist pulling her back down forcefully.
It was the fear in her eyes that made him let go of her immediately. That look seemed reoccurring and there wasn't a thing he could do to change it either. He had been raising his voice more, trying to convince her to drop Harry's cause. So many arguments were taking place between them. And he hated it. She hated it.
"Fuck... princess I'm sorry I didn't mean to hurt you."
"O-oh don't worry y-you didn't.." Grayson rubbed her tiny wrist gently refusing to make eye contact with him.
He didn't need her upset... "Love I-"
"It's fine." she kept looking down until Draco pulled her up by the chin, their eyes connecting. He placed his lips gently onto hers, passion once more circling the air around them. Her heart seemed to beat out of her chest as they pulled apart, his eyes clearly filled with lust. This time he yanked her to him, mouth covering hers and she responded immediately. He tasted with his tongue tentatively causing Grayson to let out a weak moan making the older boy smirk, pulling her even closer.
"Come on, lets go somewhere, more private.." he stood up, rushed, but desperately needy.
"W-what if we get caught?" she knew what was on his mind and quite honestly she craved his touch almost as much as he wanted hers.
"We won't. Now come on. It's been forever.."
Grayson struggled to keep up with Draco as he dragged her hand in hand down the hall towards the Prefect's Bathroom. He was in a rush his strides widening.. his head was spinning as he felt his body starting to heat up from want.
